press Ctrl+P, and your prop screen should pop up. It's full of silly standard props nobody ever uses, so delete them if you want. To put one on, double-click it. And do that again to take it off.
You probably want to get some better avatars now. Go to this place: http://www.palacetools.com/palace/
And press the first link, Avatar Palace. In the game, you should be transferred to a different palace now.

You're in Avatar Heaven now? Good ^^
On the menu on the left, there should be a link that says Prop Rooms. Clicky!
Then You get to another menu, listing different types of avatars. Choose which type you want. I prefer Prep, Shuni, Des myself.
Then you get to a room with a Next, Reset, and Back button. Use those to go trough the different avatars. Whenever you see an avatar you like, you can save it!
Press Ctrl+P again to open the your prop case. In the menu in the prop case is a button that says Save. Click it, and then press "Save It".
You can do this with as many avatars as you like!
