My vote falls for Family Guy.

Simpsons is good, but is still just a show aimed for a teen audience. Family Guy is more of an older teen-adult audience show and is a bit more accomidating to the fans on that side.

  I grew up watching The Simpsons...and looking back on it now, I'm surprised my parents let me watch it. I get offended. XD I don't really like it...and it's just not funny anymore. I don't remember liking any of the characters.
  
  Family Guy has the short, random, weird humor that I need. I NEED an escape from life and a good laugh. The parodies and references from the past thirty or so years is just great. I love Stewie! :D Seth MacFarlane is sooo cool too. X3 <3

While I like both I absolutely love Family Guy. The humor is a little less in your face and I like the drawing style better. Plus I just love Brian. I have my TiVo set to record every episode. I heart you FG!

I like Family Guy the best! Funnier, impressive and even more funnier! x3 The humor is so much easier to understand! And one thing... It's funnier. :ninja: Homer hitting his head and saying "Doh!" or Peter thinking that he's been raped? Second one for me. ^^; Favorite characters? Stewie and Peter.

There are too many old Simpsons episodes on TV... Hope the movie doesn't suck... :( Because I want to see it. I love to see new episodes of Simpsons, but the old ones... Well... You always remember them too well after seeing them a bazillion times. :(

Old simpsons > family guy and new simpsons hands down. I wish simpsons kept up the quality of humor of their earlier seasons. Good things can't last forever though unfortunately. :( I don't mind that the old ones were played lots, it didn't make them any less funny to me. I pride myself on the fact I can quote certain amusing phrases from them. :lol:

Family Guy, definitely.
The Simpsons is mildly amusing and entertaining, but Family Guy kills me all the time. In my opinion, it's funnier, and the storylines are better.
But that's just my opinion, of course. Everyone has a different sense of humor, so not everyone will think the same thing is hilarious.

It goes Old Simpsons, then Family Guy, then New Simpsons.

And I have to say that Family Guy does make me laugh more.
The Simpsons is always funny because of Homer's idiotic antics.
And people may hesitate because The Simpsons have been around longer.
But Family Guy takes it's humor to a completely different level.
They're really not afraid to say anything on that show.

So, I have decided Family Guy.

My votes on Family Guy. Its much more interesting even though it's story plot is all over the place. But it gives me alot more to laugh about than Simpsons.

Its hard to decide because I love both of them. But if I had to choose, I'd say Simpsons because they've been on for a while now.

I would probarbly say family guy, although if you had asked me this a year ago I would say the simpson's. However now I feel that simpson's has lost it's appeal and I have recently been getting into family and I find it more original than the simpson's.

( Don't ask me why I think this as the simpson's has done everything! )
