The most annoying anime I've ever seen would definitely have to be Naruto. From the three manga volumes I've read, and the one episode I saw, he's an annoying little snot, Sasuke's an ass, and Kakashi is a sexist pig.(He belittles Sakura when she's able to do the assigned task by saying that she may have finished it first, but Sasuke and Naruto are better.) >_<;. The obsessive fans of that series don't help- if I dare say I don't like Naruto anywhere, I get flamed, and called an ass. :(
Personally, I think the fandom's killed it for me. It may have at least been OK if I had started it before the rise in popularity, but now I can't stand it.
As for the most disturbing, X/1999's manga wins. :(. There was so much dismemberment in one part of that series that I couldn't even read it for months. And even when I did pick it up again, I ended up stopping, because it was just so boring. :(. The artwork is gorgeous, though, and I really like a particular character in there, Kakyou- so it DOES have some good things. However, if the art and toning wasn't so beautiful, I'd have stopped when I got disturbed. :(.

The most annoying anime to me (and it seems others as well) is Naruto...I have only seen it a few times but I beleave the kiddies could have all started liking something better...

And the most disturbing anime by FAR is My Wife is a High School Girl. If the name only doesnt tell you how disturbing it is...not only is she in high school but the Hubby is a Teacher at the school!! O_o

Most disturbing anime might be Papa to Kiss in the Dark. It's just... so weird. The characters, and the "plot line" and... umm everything?
It reminds me of something some annoying yaoi fangirl would write. Badly, might I add.

It's tough to choose the most annoying though. Bobobo? Uta Kata? Super Milk Chan? Ghost in the Shell? Course, that's not really annoying so much as it is super boring.

I think the most disturbing anime that I've seen is probably Akira. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME!!! It is probably the most annoying one I've seen also. I just really hate that anime.

Most disturbing is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni / When They Cry. Hands down. o.o;

The most annoying anime I have seen has to be Naruto. I only watched the first two episodes and had no ambition to watch the rest of the series. It was too predictable.

I didn't like Bobobobobobobo (Why does it have much a long repeating title? Who would even have that name?), MAR, and Dragon Ball (the whole series).

I don't think there has been an anime that disturbed me so much that I couldn't finish it.

However: there has been quite a few anime that have annoyed me. The first that comes to mind: One Piece. D:

I'll jump on the band wagon and say Naruto and use some really retarded reason like "they ruined the ninja image by being a different take on ninjas in general" or "it's too popular and attracts noobs".

The most disturbing for me was Popotan. I mean, talking to dandelions? Traveling through the future via a house?! They never age?!! WTH?! Also, I didn't really see much of a point to any of it. There was no plotline and near the end most of the characters were depressed.

The most annoying is Naruto. I see others have posted that as well. Of course that's to be expected. The dubbed version isn't worth watching, and the rise in popularity killed it. In my neighborhood there are like 20 kids who know nothing about anime and they're all like "believe it", but when I start talking about Chobits or something, their like "what?...you're wierd.." Yeah, Naruto is on my dislike list xD I never watched any of Shipuuden, and I most likely never will o-o

My most disturbing for a long time has been Elfen Lied, some of the psychology stuff is truely distressing (The bit about the young girl being abused by her father for example).

It's one of the few animes that uses nudity in a way that makes one cringe, rather then making it something smutty and fun (I speak of Panty shots of course!)

The most annoying anime I've ever seen was Tokyo Mew Mew. The manga as adorable but the anime was so blocky and gross looking, I hated when I had to sit through it with my sister. Same with Pita Ten, the mangas were amazing while the anime was disapointing.

The most disturbing anime I've ever seen would have to be Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu, half of the time I had no ide what was going on. It was cute at some times but then it could also be a bit scary amd saddening.

The most annoying animes on my list are
Naruto- I used to like it but then I heard the english dub and everyone is like obsessed with it (in a way) so it got very annoying PLUS it's WAY too long -_- I also hate how they talk in the middle of their battles! If they made an episode without meaningless talking in between all of the fights it would be much shorter...
Pokemon- I used to LOVE pokemon... until they got rid of Misty... now it's just kind of stupid -_-'
One Piece- at one time I was obsessed with this one but I got bored and it's impossible to me to be able to watch all of the episodes I mean the anime has like 500 freaking episodes! o_O
Bragon Ball Z- What exactly is the point of it? Plus they keep screaming -_- LOL

Annoying? Dragonball Z. It just annoys me. I keep waiting for Goku to brown his big orange jumper.

Strange or disturbing would have to be 'Otaku No Video'. It chronicles one young man's downward spiral into anime fandom, from painting cels and making garage kit figures, to owning an anime theme park. Interspersed through this little bits of horror are the really disturbing scenes. Live action footage of real Otaku from japan, featuring a guy with furniture made of pirated anime VHS, and a guy who made a set of goggles that reduce the distortion on his pirated porn channel.

My most annoying anime would be Naruto. The manga is ok but I HATE the anime. Everytime anyone opens there mouth to speak I feel like flipping out. Well Kakashi is still awsome but one awsome character can't make up for the whole voice casting.
Dragonball Z was annoying and funny. They always sounded constipated.

A lot of the shojo's disturb me with how freakishly corny they are.

The most disturbing anime I have ever seen is called *My wife is a highschool girl*...or something along those lines. Its about a teacher that is married to one of his students but they act like they are just Student / Teacher at school because no one knows they are married. (I think is it against the rules or something) And the girls father will not let them near each other (you know...like THAT) until she is 18. It is the most WRONG anime ever!!!

The most disturbing animes I've ever seen was Perfect Blue and Paprika. Paprika seriously just had me thinking "OMG what did I just finish watching."

I can't think of any annoying ones at the moment.

For me, i'm not sure which one to pick for being disturbing. None really were on me. The second to last episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion would be kinda high up there though for it's completely psychological and hard to follow for most people.

Most annoying would be DBZ. Basically, the only thing you have to do to imitate most of the character is to yell "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" and "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND!" xD

Most annoying/weird anime that I've watched has to be... Cat Soup. I was sitting there and I repeatedly asked myself why I was watching it, but sat there anyway because it sucked me in...>>
Most Disturbing? Hmm well, I've seen some pretty disturbing things besides anime that have left me with a slightly less than pure and untainted mind. haha...ah... So I don't really have any anime sticking out as disturbing. =]
