  Alucard.<3 He's a really cool, morbid character, but I don't know if I would consider him an evil monster. ._.; Or a holy crusade. He's just a servant to the Hellsing family.

  I can't really judge Integra's intentions, but I will say this- she's near equally as awesome as Alucard. For a human character, anyways. She has this sort of cold calmness to her, 'cept when she's mad. ._.

  Manga-wise, I REALLY liked pretty much all of the 5-7th volumes. Except for the... yeah. >.O Hah, death by excessive grinding.

What do you think about Intergra? Are her intentions as pure as she says? Yes, yes they are. And Integra is the msot kickassed woman in anime ever.

Who is your favourite villian? Rip Van Winkle was fun in the manga but she's not in the anime yet (nor the OVA) Everyone loves the tub-tub nazi and the little wolf boy ^^ but as far as the original anime it's Luke. incognito annoyed me.
What is the part in Hellsing that you liked the best? What? The violence, the gore, the near rapes, the killing, the hidden romance, etc? That's a tough decision. but my favorite part is just Alucard XD Because without him life would be dull.

Alucard is, for the most part, an evil monster. But not all of the time. In the manga, it is not uncommon to see his soft side emerge. When he relented when Seras had issues with killing innocent humans, when he dreamed of the past on the plane. He can be human in some situations. Just not all of the time.

What do you think about Intergra? Are her intentions as pure as she says?

Integra kicks butt! She is beautiful, smart, tough and knows how to lead her organization. Her intentions are pure.

A: My favorite character is DEFINITELY Seras Victoria. She is cute and sweet and can really handle her weapons. Everyone is so doom-and-gloom in the series, except Seras and Pip (at least in the manga...).
Obviously SerasxPip is my favorite pairing. They are just so silly together. Pity he had to die.

Who is your favourite villian?

A: Probably Schrodinger. Who cannot love an adorable, annoying teenage catboy with an attitude? It was especially cute in the manga when he was oogling Seras.

What is the part in Hellsing that you liked the best?

A: Hmmmm. That is a tough one. Oh wait! My favorite part in the manga, other than when Pip FINALLY got his kiss, was when Seras, Pip and Alucard were stranded in Brazil. Alucard was just suggesting that they steal a plane when, of all people, Andersong shows up. He and Alucard start fighting (Big suprise there). All of the sudden, out bursts Seras armed with the mega gun! Even Andersong looked suprised!
I could not stop laughing when that happened!

I've read a good chunk of the manga, seen all of the first series, seen little bits and pieces of of the new OVA's and I'm not really into it, but I do like it.

I wouldn't say Alucard's an evil monster or a holy crusader. I just think he's bored.
Intergra has her moments, when she's just really awesome, and bad ass, but for the most part I'm indifferent to her, and therefore have never thought about her level or purity.
My favorite pairing is Seras and Anderson. Don't ask..
My favorite villain, is Either Rip or Anderson.
Any Anderson/Alucard fight scene is just plain awesome!

My favorite character has to be Jan. No contest. Jan is just awesome. XD

I love Hellsing!
I just bought the first 3 OVAs, and have al of the current US manga. I'm up-to-date with the manga in Japan, and I've read The Dawn, and sort of read Dok's Story *shudder*
My Gaia avi cosplays Schrodinger (Oingo) and I plan n cosplaying Blood!Seras here. Also, I'm working my my Schrodinger cosplay IRL. Is anyone else going to/is cosplaying Hellsing on Menewsha?
Hmmmm, I'm probably the first person on this board to hate Alutard. I love Millenium (everybody except Luke, Zorin, and Dok) and I love Anderson, Heinkel, and Yumi/ko too. Also, Seras is super awsome, Integra's cool, and Girlycard pwns! (Yes, I like Girlycard, but not Alutard. Yes, I know they're the same person.) Walter is ok; I hate Pip and Maxwell too.
As for favorite pairings, I like crack pairings. Seras and Scrodinger for the win!! And MajorxIntegra too!!

The whole psychotic GAR thing Alucard has going on is really, really nice. Solid & Ect doesn't help this fixation.

Is anyone else a bit annoyed with Young King Ours (the magazine that prints Hellsing every month)?

I mean, there has been no new Hellsing chapters for the past two months. I am not sure if this is the fault of manga-ka Kouta Hirano or the magazine editors, but I do know that the other fans in the Hellsing livejournal community are getting annoyed.

The only thing preventing anarchy there is the fact that when the chapters are put off like this, usually we end up getting an extra long chapter.

I think he is great!! he is sadistic, but he only killed the 'bad guys'

I am. I really want some new Hellsing.

I'm a bigger fan of the manga- So I prefer Hellsing Ultimate to the regular series. I think i've only seen the first Ultimate, but because its closer to the manga I asuume I'll like it better XD.

In the main series Jan is my favorite character, and having read the mangaka's notes, I think he based Jan after himself... making me love the manga-ka. In the manga, Rip Van is my favorite I like the ones that die aparently ^.^;
