I've never dieted *she says munching on chocolate*. I eat healthy, but I eat what I want to. I'm a stick as it is anyway. The only reason I could see myself dieting would be for an acting part, or after childbirth (and then exercise is more important than eating less).

Yes, doctors here are very quick to push surgery. Mine has mentioned it to me once but not the last time I was there. It's scary how much doctors here want to put you under the knife. All money hungry I think. They make out like bandits with our health insurance system we have.

And yes, I have a "friend" (I use the term loosely there) that was on SSD for a few years only because she's overweight and has bad asthma. The's just flat out lazy and doesn't want to work. Yet there are those out there that certainly need it and get denied. It's just not fair.

I had two kids and never dieted after them. With Heather I breast fed for the first six weeks (then it got I was spending more time on feeding her than doing anything else). So onto a bottle I was back in my jeans within two weeks of having her. I wouldn't recommned the diet after Morgan. I breast fed her for just under a week and couldn't keep up with demand I was shattered. So the midwife told me to bottle feed her and breast feed. Then I got a blood clot in my lung and after being injected with radium to scan me I couldn't breast feed anymore. But within three weeks I was back in my jeans. I have been the same size in clothes since I was 25 and that was before the kids.

But I can munch on chocolate it is the time of the month and I need chocolate now!

There's too much temptation out there food wise these days. So much of what is on offer is stuffed full of cheaper/unhealthy ingredients because the manufacturers are trying to boost their profit margins.
If we all went back to growing our own produce, keeping chickens and making our own bread we'd all be far healthier. We as a species we're so used to convenience now that few people want to do that.
I'd love to become more self sufficient if i lived somewhere where i could do it. but having no garden makes that just a little difficult

Stewart, you can be rather annoying sometimes...lol.

I agree Jelly. It would love to see more growing your own produce here. Maybe the prices wouldn't be so inflated and healthier.

She's been back since the beginning of July. She spent a week up there and loved it. She said this particular boy was just talking smack and she got tired of it so she would pull his ear until he would stop

She couldn't eat meat the entire time she was up there and many of the kids got busted trying to smuggle in jerky so when she got back she was ready for a nice steak.

I bet she was, one thing about not eating meat for a while, i that you REALLY enjoy it when you do get to eat it again and maybe Stewart could email one of his ears to her? Does she have a preference for left or right?
