For filing, library upkeep, and data input, you'll definitely be needing some prior experience of EXTREMELY fast learning skills. D:
I wouldn't take the risk to apply right away. Instead, I'd volunteer in the library or help someone work in the office for a couple of times. Then you submit that into your resume under 'past work experiences' and it'll have a high chance of being picked.
I learn from the experience from me and my friends.
We both applied for a art related job but since she didn't have art experience, I got picked instead. :<; So your resume has to be juicy with things that'll show them that you'll do the job well. Esp. if it's a pay job with a good amount of hours.
If you choose to take risk I can help you get set up with what you have so far. :3
I'm also very good with interviews so I can tell you exactly what to do. XD

You need at least some jobs with consistency, that shows you devoted quite some period of time with it (Months, at the very least, weeks), so you can't use Mr. Segall. XD That way, they'll know you'll be devoted towards this job. *__*;
Typing quickly won't go under work experiences, that'll go under the description about your capabilities.

Well, Around 12-13, I got experience babysitting, tutoring, and volunteering FOR FREE,over a consistency of months~ Afterwards, I did it for money once people knew I was experienced. Then I applied to an organization which accepted me.
Each time you volunteer/get a job, it adds in to your resume and makes it easier for you to get jobs.

I suggest you get COLLEGE CREDITS first. But before that, get a bit of work experience~ Start this summer!
Since in 10th grade, you'll be preparing for SATs, going crap and in 11th grade you'll be working hard to get into college, and in 12th grade, it's too late to earn credits.
Afterwards, get a pay job when you build up
OR
If no one is applying for the job you're aiming for right now (SYEP?) I suggest you just go for it with what you got~ They'll have to accept you if no one else applies. c:

The SYEP thing has an application to fill out online or you just give to the place you want to work at. Then your application is put into a lottery and if you get picked, you go to the place you picked and enroll there while bringing all the stuff you need which was what I was doing yesterday waiting outside for 3 hours.
