That very much depends where she applies, if she is applying to a place like McDonald's or a grocery store they wlll likely have more problems with the hair, since places like that don't care about experience (since a lot of first timers work there).

Oh Trin, if you are banned for expressing distaste for various things around Mene, there is something VERY wrong! It'd be one thing if you were callng for josh's head on a silver platter, but no one community site can or will be run in a manner that every member will be happy with.

Kale, getting out your stresses,especiall when you are able to get them out to the person(s) contributing is extremely relieving. I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to let Josh know how you are feling.

Aw Hearts thank you *hugs* I repeat I honestly have nohing against anyone here, Josh is a child if you compare him with me! and I understand how all this can be overwelming, it is just that as a user...I would like to be listened ...mostly since we are all trying to make a great comunity of this place not like Gaia where no one listens to you and where mods are (mayorly) very disrespectfull and even rude with honest users who want to inquire about their accounts or gaia life.
we want something different we want the place to be better (that's why we all came here) and it is sad when you starts seeing this behaviours around or the item=status thing or the mods making differences...that's sad
Thank God I know 3 mods who are not like that and I can talk to as with any other Menewshan, as a friend....

I have confirmation of another mod telling me she talked badly about me ....I think that can affect any candidate pretty badly Im sorry if Im wrong

  Also it doesn't affect anything for what she says.. It was basically because of the times you were sorta acting rude on our choices for admin's pick.. No offense but the comments you had made sometimes were pretty disrespectful. ^^
  
  Also it's us as mods and CM's that pick the new mods and no one has anything against you. Oto is hard headed and not even part of the team anymore.

yes well I know that I made ONE single comment that might have sound rude, soemtimes my way of speaking sounds like that I understand and evena pologize for what I said (it wasnt that bad, I talked to the girl in pm too) I was just having a bad day just like everyone else....I mean if you take into account all the time i have been here and all the people I have helped and all and then move against me because of one comment!!! I think it is sooo unfair after seeing how many horrible ways of acting some mods have had with people here (even with me) ...I am only asking for fairness that's all...
yes I know he is 15, great for him i admire what he was capable to do being that age.
If what you are saying is right Kale then I will ask all the mods to reconsider your opinion of me for a future case, I know that with the amount of time I spend here and all the good will I have I can be pretty useful, if not its ok I will continue trying to help my own way in my lil place in my lil thread
