I hate when that happens......Im sorry I think they need more staff that can have time to fix these kind of things....and not leaving the people waiting till God knows when...after all we all need a quick answer and good service since we contribute supporting the site right? EVEN if you dont contribute.

- LoL! I spoke to soon. She just fixed it for me. I had to change my avatar to female, which I had tried before, but I also needed to equip a dress so make the harem skirt come off. She's smart!
