Damale? I don't know that one. What's it mean? And no, my Japanese is terrible. XD I'm getting the worst grades of my entire life here. I'm too shy to talk to people more often than not in English, let alone Japanese. So I'm not "pera-pera" (fluent) at all. Ah! The most amusing phrase I've learned since I've been here is "homo-dachi". A friend's host mom used that. Cracked me up cause it's so clever.

Ah! That's a good word to know. The only way I know to say shut up is "urusai" but that doesn't actually mean shut up, it means noisy or annoying. The hairstyles here are really cute. Especially the guy ones (though the girl ones are too). I need to remember to get my hair cut before I leave. I'm just so nervous about going there. I want to make sure I have someone who is perapera with me. You should go to Japan if you get a chance. It's awesome! I love it.

I've had lots of Japanese food, but there's lots yet to try. I'm kinda limited by the fact that I don't like fish or nori (seaweed); kills all sushi for me. Okonomiyaki is awesome! It's a kansai area thing. Really yummy. Gyouza is awesome (it's actually a Chinese food though). Yakitori XD (chicken on a stick). Yakiniku (kind of like a stir fry with beef, cabbage and other various vegetables, but spicy). Curry rice of course. Omuraisu (rice omlette). Um... can't think of anything else right now.
