Gah, I woke up this morning to my mother and sister throwing their brains up, mad sick. And who has to take care of them on her break off from classes? Me, of course. I don't mind it, really. I feel terrible. I juts don't want them to be getting ME that horribly sick, you know?

My granddad's had it since last Thursday, and my aunt had it yesterday. . . what a lovely late Christmas gift to bestow upon my family!

Oh Windy, that absolutely SUCKS! I hope your family feels better soon, and I REALLY hope you don't wind up getting it.

I woke up a little earlier than I'd hope to considering it's my break too, but I'm glad my friend called when she did or I'd have missed the end of the event and not been able to get the Aurora Scarf I want.

Arg, I'm just glad Christmas is over.

Though I'm not looking forward to the 1st of the year since a public smoking ban is going into effect. From that day on there will be no such thing as a Smoking Section, and you have to be 15 feet away from the door of an establishment. Basically, if you don't want to quit you'll have to stand outside during winter.

That AND the prices of cigarettes are going up by about $2. I think it's CRAP that the government is getting away with this.

I'm glad it's over to. That sucks but you know the government the go at everything backwards.

Aww, thanks, dear. I'm glad you got your scarf as well! I wanted one so badly, but I'll have to save up for double of what it was since I was so busy with holiday festivities around the house then taking care of the family. Le sigh!

And welcome, Nissa! My father lived in Minnesota back before he had me when he worked for the airlines company up there. Said it was nearly always snowing and very cold. I bet you have a lot of snow up there, right?

It was pretty fun. I did enjoy the quick pace quite a bit. I was only on for 2 days of it so I thought I'd have a lot of catching up to do, but those darn snowflakes were making a blizzard for me lol.

Yeah, the event was pretty well worth it. Lots of chilly snowflakes to catch and cute items to gather. Sad that it's over, and sorry you missed it, Moonlight. D:
