We can see peoples IP address, edit people's gold, edit peoples posts, delete posts, move topics, delete topics. Get into the staff forum and trash can.

It would be cool, but I don't really think it would be fair and people would try to be mods for the wrong reasons and that would be bad!!

People already want to try to be mods for the wrong reasons.
Which is why it's so hard to decide who should become a mod and who shouldn't. Large debate.. where one mod thinks someone would be good for the job another mod disagrees and everyone has to agree.
