Hey everyone! After five whole years of it, I now stop learning German... FOREVER O_O

(Unless, of course, I unwillingly pick up some German next time I'm over in Germany, or their little neighbour, Austria ^^)

I don't know any Spanish... I know a bit of French from school, and my family goes to France loads. Next year I take up Italian, just because my school forces us to take a language. I'm not tested in the Italian, I just work through this course over the year and get given this funny certificate. I don't even have to do it, I suppose... i.e I don't have to work - I don't need the certificate.

But German sounds alot like Dutch.

I did French , didn't enjoy it a great deal though, probably because the way it's taught in schools is so dull :?
