I hate to say, but when i was hacked back in 04, I sent a bunch of those reports and I got a couple of emails from well meaning moderators, but nothing at all from Admins...the only ones that could have done anything.
i knew i had lost some of my things and my gold to the hacker, but my account was frozen and I was never able to get back into it or reterive any of the items.

I helped her recover a few things but I wasn't strong enough to get everything back. :(
