I don't know when it goes into effect. I thought it was 30 minutes, but I could definitely be wrong.

When I make my opening bid, I always have to have 3 tabs open. One to make sure I get the correct bid, one to have open to the rules and one for my post.

XD I check everything in preview multiple times against the rules and against what other people who have been accepted did before I submit.

I had the bid wrong at some point yesterday. I bid 50 more than the person above me, but they had bid 50 less than the bid was actually at. <<,, The high bidder PMed me to let me know, but I decided not to double post to fix my bid, just in case.

That happened to me as well today. I made a bid and the person that bid next bid the same as me. They caught it though.

I figured someone else would bid higher soon enough. <<,, And then I could just bid after them.
