it was a pin up marking. No one is suppose to be in the room, teacher just pin up papers indicating who fail and who pass.

I don't understand at all. I need to see them later, but really, not now, I need to finish the essays first...

and last term, I fail the same subject too. But I went to ask for advice for more than 3 times, and it just doesn't satisfy them. Design is something confusing me more. :(

I'm about to change the subject, so I apologize in advance.

The woman who's probably my mom's closest friend died yesterday. I just found out. My mom really only does two social events. She's in book club, and once a month she and my dad go to the theater with another couple (something they've been doing for years). The woman of that other couple is the one who died.

And there was almost no warning either. She didn't feel well on Saturday, but they figured that she'd probably feel better the next day so they didn't do anything. When she still felt bad yesterday, they decided to go to the hospital. She lost consciousness on the way and never woke up. She got some kind of clot in her lungs that burst.

I'd only met her a couple of times and I feel sad, so I can't imagine how my mom feels.

Oh my... that is really... unexpected. A shock and a bad surprise... *hugs Cami* My subject is nothing compare to nature things.
I... I don't know what to say. I am real sorry to hear that. *snugs snugs* I know it hurts, think about of the happy moments with her though.

(I am a supporter for letting out emotion than saying no to express the emotion.)

Sounds like a pulmonary embolism. I'm sorry to hear that. I've never heard of clots bursting before. I do know they become lethal when they lodge themselves into a vital artery.

xuvrette-> Sorry to pull you from your essay work. When you're finished we'll chat more.

Nah, it is nothing. I cannot do the essay until I see the lecturer anyway. I do still have a part of the OTHER essay that need to do, but I just want to relax after the exam.

Snow: That sounds right. I was told the name of what happened, but I couldn't remember it.

I'm discussing it with Chi, and we both just think it's so scary. You can think, if only she'd gone to the hospital when she first started feeling sick, but you just can't go to the hospital every time you don't feel well.

I believe in expressing emotions too maeve. :3 Keeping things bottled up isn't good at all. Even though thats a bad habit of mine.
My thoughts are with your mom Cami. I would be devastated if my closest friend died.

Sometimes, life is just like that, Cami. We... we can't really predict and get EVERYTHING under control. But it is a sudden one, any idea what cause the sickness though? I... just want to be careful...

I don't know what caused it. I have been more worried about these things lately though. I think I should start exercising. Heart problems run in my family, and I know my heart beats faster than it should and I run out of breath too quickly. <<,,

I'm probably too young to have issues now, but there could be problems in the future.

A pulmonary embolism can form for different reasons. Cardiovascular problems don't necessarily mean you'll develop it, only certain incidents. Slow down there, good health, eating and exercise are important. Family history is helpful, too. There are lots of factors involved. o.o;

Thank you Rooceeroo. /snugs/

And Snow and Meave.

Snow: yeah, I know. But I can't help worrying. <<,,

This has been a really odd night. x.x Several unexpected things all happened within half an hour of each other. Most good, thankfully, though I feel kind of bad being happy about them right now.

wow, so much happened! D: cami- my thoughts adn prayers are with your mommy, and the other ladys hubby. I can't even begin to imagine what they may be going through.

Cami- I'm ignoring your decree >.<

You know what has been on my mind a lot lately? Breast cancer. We watched in the land of women and the mom on there got breast cancer. and my mom had it. so since I have a family history of it I have more of a chance to get it. How in the WORLD do you protect yourself from something internal like that? I don't want to get cancer, nor do I want to have to go through what my mom did after she had it, but in what way could I protect myself? it has nothing to do with being active or healthy cancer is just your body screwing up and it not fixing itself yeah? I feel so vulnerable because of it. :/ I don't want to die from something that I had no power to stop in the first place! D:

We have cancer cells is our DNA, they are just unactive. But under certain circunstances or condition, only will they be activated, like taking some medical... but SOME cancer are already have a timer, and it will explode whenever it set.
Which is why, sometime cancer is not just health problems, but is also DNA weakness.

-pwns-

XDDDD!!!

-giggles-

^______^

I did some back reading and scary enough, I did a report on cancer. o:

Did your mother acquire the Cancer BEFORE you were born or after?

Did other family members get it too ---would you believe even men get breast cancer although not as much as women?

Not all cancers are killers, Melody.

They only are if you let them spread across your body. -.-; Hence prevention---take examinations when you can. Costly but at least you can prevent it.

Better safe than sorry.

And if you detect cancer at an infantile stage, you can still get it removed by some means. It can be done!

There are many ways to cure it... surgery, even natural therapy.

Don't...worry -pats you-

And I'm sure you'll do well as a mod.

You're one of those people I see running about spreading niceties and all that about Menewsha. You care a lot about the community. It only makes sense you'll be doing it now with the official title and all.

I hope that helped.

AND OH. LUCK TO THE QUEST.
