Glasses never give me headache... I seldom have headache just... a bit of faint when I am tired. But that only is about... 3 to 5 seconds.

Beside, I LOVE glasses. *wears glasses 24 hours including bathing and sleeping!*

I have glasses too and sometimes forget to take them off when I go to bed.

That reminds me I have to head off to bed before my mum sees me here. Goodnight everyone!!

I still love glasses and wish I had some. Scott used to wear reading glasses and he looked so hot in them. <3 then he joined the coast guard and they said he didn't need them and so he stopped wearing them. poo. </3

though if there is a store item update with the colors I desire (pink/white/gold) those items will take president over the valentines day items. >.> just because I am like that.

i hate glasses...they always fall of your nose...at least mine do. so i only have them for lessons. working on the comp the monitor is near enough for me to able to see it all but at lessons the stuff on the whiteboard is just blurry...

I've had to wear glasses for the last 6 years - I only really need them when I'm driving and in classes - I also wear them when I'm out and about so I can see farther away and people's faces.

I can't wear my glasses when I'm on the computer - it hurts my eyes and my head - I also tend to not wear them when I'm at home unless I'm watching a movie or cooking from a recipe and need to be able to read the cook book from a distance.

I like my glasses - they're purdy :)

hehe about the seeing the ppl faces on the street i dont see them and than friends come to me asking why im not saying hello to them on the street...i just dont recognize them >.< damn

When I'm walking around my office I don't put my glasses on and there are lots of time that someone will wave to me and I have no clue who it is - other than a person with dark hair. :/

noy- that sucks XD at least by now they should understand that it isn't because you don't like them but because you can't see them. ^^;;

Yeah - I have a lot of fun looking for and picking out glasses- and so far I've been really lucky that my insurance has covered the cost of all the frames I've picked!

The last new prescription I got I saved my old frame and had my eye doctor put prescription sunglasses in the frame - I only had to put out $35 - super awesome.


Chris is going to need new glasses soon and I told him he's not allowed to get frames without me being there with him (even though he usually wears contacts)

I have 20/20 vision. I like glasses though, they're cool. You become a different person with a snazzy pair of frames too. <3

I think my next glasses will have to have new frames. Not looking foreward to it, all the half decent looking frames are well over $350 AUD, so I will probably end up with those ugly, thick, black, square, coke bottle glasses if I get new frames.

I hope it isn't like my mother's glasses, because hers are falling apart all of the time.

And it is sadly ironic that you need glasses to fix your glasses when a screw comes loose. And lets all pray the screw doesn't pop out because then, well you're screwed. Pun intended! :twisted:

I kinda like the thick black framed glasses. In boot camp they are called birth control glasses. since no one would sleep with you if you are wearing them XD I still think they are cute though.

You can have higher than 20/20? My vision is awesome with seeing tiny things, etc. I might be higher, too. It's funny because my mom wears contacts and my siblings wear glasses except for the babies. Even, my gram. xp

sort of? I can see perfectly, but also what other people can see at 15 feet I can see at 20. I don't remember the numbers they gave me. But it wasn't the same as being far/near sighted because I can still see everything else fine too. >.< I haven't gotten an eye exam since I was in school though since I have no need for it. ^^;;

Mhir has REALLY BAD vision. x_X So she's worn glasses all her life. Actually, she started wearing contacts a couple years back. But she still sort of envisions herself with glasses, and all her avatars on other sites have glasses, and when she draws herself, she has glasses.

Why am I talking about myself in the third person?

I also like "birth control" glasses. xD I think they're cute, too. ^^

Glasses are expensive. But they are pretty.

ette- i can't say that I have seen a bride wearing glasses. My mom wore contacts to her wedding :P

I was planning to wear glasses for one bride picture IF I am going to marry.
And even if I am not going to marry, I still have this obssession to take pictures in bride dress. XD :lol:
