*wanders back in* I went to the store and bought my new camera its memory cards since it came with zero internal memory LOL... So I've been playing with that for a little while. Now Dillon and I are making cheese enchiladas! I'm waiting for him to finish cutting the onions though lol!

I don't FEEL like Chinese >.> I live across the street from a Chinese restaurant and sometimes just the smell makes me sick... Not that I don't LOVE Chinese and Japanese cuisine but it makes me very sick ;.; This is a good valentines dinner though cause we don't eat enchiladas much and I've never made pure cheese ones ^^

I love pork and avacado enchiladas. xD They're some of my favorite special dishes. :heart:

I can't say much, we celebnrated both chinese new year and valentines day yesterday. xD We made dumplings and potstickers (which I guess technically are dumplings.. xD) But it was a lot of fun. (: Today I've been doing things easy since I have no Scott. We had mac n cheese for dinner. [/fail]

What time does his shifts start? When Dillon has overnights it is almost like he has a day off except when I am going to bed he is leaving for work and the next day he sleeps the day away which is usually a day off T_T

That sounds good Dillon knows how to make potstickers but I don't T_T we made dinner together and it is smelling uber nummy!

Weekend duty + Overnights = he's gone at 7 am and gets back at 8 am the next morning.

In March when he starts the mids shift he'll go into work at midnight and come back at 8 am the next morning. But he won't have to work weekends which is nice. (:

remind me later Mellie that I need to have you give me a ton of recipes if I ever get my meal calender up and running again ><

When Rodd gets back I plan on making those cream cheese wantons with crab meat...oh yum! Teriyaki chicken will be in order as well for that meal. Making my mouth water just thinking about it.

Jessi, it was just a short visit to drop off the Valentine's Day cards I got them. After that I went over to Jen's house and had dinner with them, plus we watched Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

That is a good movie imo... ><;; Though I have some issues with it... I want to invest in more baby Einstein videos! Sean LOVES them! And they are very simple with not a lot of useless talking and sticking to one subject! Sean is watching Baby Monet right now and it is 30 minutes of seasons ^^ and pretty music with only about 5-10 words said in the whole show! Mikes hates them but he normally likes all music shows like The Snowman!

Oh yum Queen...Ellie actually brought home Chinese food yesterday, and I have leftovers today! Unfortunately we ate all of the crab rangoons last night...they never give you enough.

I have a ton of "Little Scholar" movies that the kids will randomly want to watch. They're essentially the knock off version of Baby Einstein. So instead of $20 for one or two vids it's $20 for 3 or 4. xD Hurray? Scotts mom got them for the kids. They're okay...but they still annoy me after a while.


uuugggghhhh I want to sleep. Someone make this baby stop zapping my energy.

I got the ones I own at a second hand children store ^^ though one of them was in a different case it is still baby Einstein lol. Never heard of little scholar though I'll have to look into them

I'd never heard of them either until a giant package came in teh mail from Scotts mom. @[email protected] I have... 5 cases of 3-4 discs each.
