I got 6 survey invites this morning...didn't qualify for 4 of them, and one wanted me to install a browser plug in thing. But I normally don't download things. >.> I just don't like the idea of random sites watching what I do on the internets. It's none of your business how obsessed I am with my email or how randomly I log on just to check menewsha. let me have my secret obsessions. >.< though, I guess they're not so secret now. lolz...

So OMG yesterday was busy. The twins didn't have school so we went out shopping with them. Bought some nice winter coats since their ones from the previous two years are now too small, and we also got a birthday present for our friends daughter. The girls were going to her sleepover party last night. I wasn't sure if Melody would want to stay or not, other than grandma she's never been away from me overnight. But since I haven't gotten a phone call yet I have to assume that everything went a-okay. So we got home around 1 pm from shopping, then I realized I was completely out of birthday wrapping paper, but I really needed to pump so I did that, then we rushed Scott to work at 3, went to the store, got home by 4, and the party started at 6...but I live about an hour and a half away. :x so I told the girls to get their stuff, I rushed through wrapping the present, the girls brought out their blankets and pillow...but not their clothes for last night/today. :/ so I ran around trying to get that together and we left 20 minutes after I wanted to leave...eh so be it. Took an hour and a half to get there...then I spent 3 hours there because I didn't want to leave. Finally decided it was time when the little girls kicked us off of Just Dance 2. I love that game! It has a two person interactive mode, so instead of all doing the same dance...you get to dance together! It was totally awesome. (: Avril Lavigne (er whatever) "girlfriend" was a lot of fun. (: But it was also at about that point that my boobs were like OMG EXPLODE and I still had the drive home to make...finally got home at around 11... xD With a very tired Aaron, but I was so proud of him since he was okay with us leaving the girls. and it was just a really busy day yesterday. Went to and fro virginia twice...and that's a pretty lengthy drive. Just to get into VA is 30+ minutes for us. >.< Ah well. I had a good time, and it seems the girls did too. I'm looking forward to getting my real monsters back. Turns out Aaron is really good by himself...I knew it was Melody. Middle children are always the ones that cause problems! *was a middle child* xD

I got timed out of one of the ones that I did qualify for since I got bored/distracted. >.> oops. lol.

Spent yesterday out with the kiddos. Bought Just Dance 2 yesterday while we were out. I totally love that game. Scott and I played last night, and he kicked my butt! lol. At least 300 points difference in our scores with each dance! And yet he still refuses to take dance lessons. He claims he was cheating, but I think he just has more rhythm than me. ^^;;
We also went out to dinner at this texas roadhouse or something. mmmm steak. It smelled so good when we went into toys r us, that when we came out we had to eat. xD It didn't help that it was almost 5 pm and we had a late breakfast and so didn't eat lunch! But yeah. Good stuff. <3 Me some food!
Also got to go to best buy and look at SLR's. >.> I think I'm going to get the Nikon D3100. It doesnt' have any 1 or 2 star reviews on Amazon, and the guys at best buy said it was a ...best buy. lolz.


Now if only I could find my phone. :/

I've heard of nothing but good from the Nikons... I have an Olympus and it is just well not user friendly... Definitely not something I would recommend for a first timer like me!

Yeah, I found out that their point and shoots are bottom of the line, but their SLR's are totally awesome. So Nikon it is. And if I'm not mistaken Amazon has a better price on them than Best Buy did. >.> $639. Pretty sweet deal. Now I just have to decide how much I want it and when I want it. It does HD video...and so I know I'll want it by the time Dance recitals come around. But that gives me a few months still to purchase it. Maybe give it time to drop in price some more even? hmm...

Yeah, since I'm a beginner I wanted something that was totally user friendly. xD I don't have time to read through a crazy long instruction manual. I just want to be able to use it like a point and shoot, but have a better picture quality! and the Nikon that I'm looking at is cheaper than the Canon I was considering, and the Canon was less user friendly. That and the one that I was testing out at Best Buy wasn't charged so I couldn't actually play with it...but it didn't do HD video.

I need to get my Canon point and shoot fixed still. I was at Best Buy this weekend, but I didn't have my charger and apparently the geek squad needs it if they're going to fix my camera/send it back to the manufacturer and get me a new one. Who knew? I've got it in my purse now though, and I think I'll go back during hte week so I don't have such a horrible line to wait in!

Bought a canon digital because it seemed like the right thing to do. Always had a 35mm camera, but dad convinced me that having a small digital is worth it when I don't want to haul around the big camera. However, my brain farts and I constantly forget to bring the stupid thing to family functions, i.e. my own wedding >.< Forgot both cameras for that one.

The camera will be brought fully charged with us when we hit Disneyland for Christmas and when Rodd and I head up to NorCal for New Year's. Not sure yet how I will be paying for that trip, but we are going if I have to beg money from the parents or hitch hike up there. Lol.

I keep my digital camera in my purse. I have a little soft case for it to keep it from getting scratched by the pens I keep in there...and it just stays there for when I need it/want it. Heaven knows if I didn't keep it in there I would have only had my cell phone to take pictures of my surro baby with! D:

Kura is home sick today. She threw up twice this morning. </3 my poor baby. and now...she's playing with the cat and having a jolly good time. One of these days she'll act sick when she is sick!

At least she HAD justification... :/ maybe she has a tummy bug... Mikes didn't get perfect (or even good) attendance at his last 9 weeks... He missed two days of school and has been late 3 times :/ The one day he was justified to stay home was because of pink eye ><;;

I use to keep my digital in my purse but the 4gig memory card is full ><;;; And I don't have the $250 to develop just that ONE camera... The SLR has about 100+ pictures on it now... ><;;

I don't bother getting them developed any more. I don't have room to store gobs of pictures. xD I upload them onto my computer and decide what to do with them from there. If I want them printed for a scrapbook or something I just use my printer on it's best quality setting with some nice photo paper.

I think it might have been a tummy bug...but she's acting totally normal, and when we mentioned missing the parent teacher conference she ran into her room and got her stuff together and asked when we were leaving and if she could go to school. I'm happy she wants to go...but geeze...she was just throwing up 5 hours ago!

I like having gobs of pictures.... >:D I like being able to just pull them out and scrapbook... ><;; I upload them to the puter too... But I've lost access/ had to wipe too many computers to trust that they will stay there! Anyhoo... I am debating on buying a new memory card for the small digital....

Jaz, have you thought of photobucket? I keep all of my photos there plus on my computer that way they are never lost if something happens.
Mel my younger siter would get upset stomachs in the morning and still go to school. It's just of her weird quirks with her body. She still throws up to this day in the morning and feels fine, goes to work. Who knows what's up with her. Doctors can't figure out what triggers the episodes.

Queen- interesting. This is the second time it's happened to her but the last time was over a year ago. It's just...weird. I know I always feel better after I throw up when I have a stomach bug, but it's still...weird. xD

Jaz- I've never lost a computer. >.> I do however have all of my pictures saved to CD's as well as on the computer. So I don't worry about it too much. Speaking of which, I really need to update my picture storage as it's been a while since I resaved everything. xD

Compu- lol Yeah, almost 4 years on the site does give me a bit of an advantage when it comes to my quest thread. Thank you very much for the luck. <3

Hiya! Jaz, if you lived closer, you could come over to my house and help me clean anytime you want to.... I have no energy anymore lately, but I think that's mostly because I've started at a new job, and I'm working 10 hours a day. By the time I get my son up for school in the morning, and then get to work by 10:30, and then I'm basically on my feet at least 9 of those 10 hours, I get off at 8:30 at night. After getting home and fixing something to eat for my son, I'm ready to fall over.

I'm off (hopefully) Wednesday and Thursday... Hopefully then I'll be able to get the house straightened up.

Jaz, see about getting a new battery for your laptop. That's what happened with my old one, it just needed a new battery and then it charged again, right up until it gasped its last breath of life and completely died on me. Hated being without a computer then. Luckily Rodd bought me this one for my birthday this year.

Just 2 months and I'll be 27...not looking forward to it.

It is the charger... The charge cord won't connect to the battery at all :/ I am thinking about taking it to Office Depo but first we have to see how much is going to cost for us to repair the windows some shithead throw a rock through.....

I was at swimming lessons with the boys when whoever threw the rock threw it... :/ I am slightly inclined to believe it was my ex as he knew what times I would be gone and it had to happen between 5PM and 8PM... While the lights in my house were on......

You can get a citi bank card or amazon money as well for opinion outpost. For the longest time they only did checks, but recently they started doing the citi and amazon money as well. I stick with amazon. xD Almost to $100 in my amazon account now! Which is good, becasue the camera I want is $629 :x

I totally kicked butt last night at Just dance 2 woot! It's more fun playing with people though, hopefully i can get the kids to play with me tonight since last night Melody got cranky when she lost and Kura was claiming to be to sick to play. :roll:
