I saw it and I thought that it was pretty awesome. I thought that some of the fighting scenes near the end seemed to drag on but overall they were fun to watch. This movie made me want my own Gundam. :3 Oh yes.

To what Cersei Lannister said below me, lol. Yeah, I thought that there needed to be more robots too.

But the long fight scenes at the end were the best!

I want more 'bot time in the next film. I want Blitzwing and Shockwave the most, though. Shockwave would be funny.

2 Sequels have been started!!!

AND SOUNDWAVE IS ALMOST CERTAINLY THE MAIN VILLAIN FOR THE SECOND ONE. HOW BADASS IS THAT?!

My hubby's a complete Transformers NUT because he grew up collecting the things and was still avidly collecting before there was even a movie in the works. Our basement is filled with Transformers!

So of course, we went to see it on opening day, and I wore one of his Transformers logo shirts, so we looked like geeks, but several of the also 30-year old guys in line who grew up with Transformers appreciated it and smiled at us. :lol:

We took our 6 year old daughter to see it at the dollar theater this weekend, and she said she liked it, but I could tell it wasn't exactly her kind of movie, and she was bored in parts. I think she liked the action, and the humor.

Seeing it the second time I found a few plot details that I think they could have put more thought into (won't give details in case someone hasn't seen it yet), but overall I really liked the movie and was impressed, even though I care not for Transformers like my hubby does! It made me appreciate them more.

And for those critics out there who said it was just an expensive commercial for a toy, there sure were a lot of people there to see it at the dollar theater, and many had already seen it! The theater was surprisingly packed still!

I saw a pirated DVD of this in a homeless shelter in philly, before it even came out. HOW COOL IS THAT? (No, I did not buy the DVD, nor do I live in a homeless shelter)

I really want to see this movie :(

The movie was MUCH better than I had anticipated. I think they pulled it off quite well, despite the decepticons loss of character.

I think the transformers robot forms could have been a bit better (some of them were perfect though) and they tried to focus on too many characters I think. If you accidentally miss a part of the movie, you could be lost for a bit XD

Anyways, looking forward to a second movie for sure. Hopefully they will incorporate more bots.

It was awesome, I really did like it. There where a few parts when I thinking, "whats the point of that?" But overall Michael Bay did a good job, I can't wait for the other two.

That movie was AMAZING.

My boyfriend really really wanted me to see this movie with him, but that didn't happen so I decided to watch it for his sake, even though I'm not a big fan of robots....and surprisingly, it was a good movie. I liked it C:

I have that song from it, and every now and then my WMP randomly plays it and my friends are like " TRANSFORMERS!? I dind't know you liked that stuff!" haha~~

That..eh.."masturbation scene" was funny and awkward at the same time, 'cause I was watching the movie with my cousin and she was like " what does that mean?" ..... :lol:

Transformer, on my opinon I like the cartoon one better than the real life one because it's not what I had expected at all. I like the mchines and stuff but not really how the story goes in the movie. I prefer how the cartoon uses it.

i liked the movie. it was alright. with the amount of things that had to be put into it. you cant really have giant bots running around without the government or other people knowing about it.

i hope the second one. has more bot on bot fighting.

I thought the acting was really good.

This is an awesome movie. I'm glad my husband and I went to see it in theatures. Now I'm obsessed with it! I was even the first one at our Walmart store to get it, the women working electronics opened the box and handed me the first one! :mrgreen:

What makes you say that? I thought it was awesome on DVD. Maybe you have a 13 inch TV with no special speakers. XD

But yeah... I loved this movie. XD I've seen some cartoons of Transformers, but I didn't watch it avidly. I mainly watched "Beast Wars", the one that was animals in 3D. :o My favorite was the cheetah...

I think my favorite Transformer from the movie was Bumblebee... XD; I also liked the design of the helicopter Decepticon.(Sorry I can't remember his name.)

This is the real barith that one got banned because someone hacked it. But what i was saying its a good movie in theaters. It just wouldent be the same on dvd.

I reallyyy don't get why anyone would dislike this movie, other than the fact that it's one huge car commercial as far as the Transformers go.

On the way home, I kept half expecting/hoping at least one of the cars on the road to transform. X3

Oh, I saw the movie in Theaters, and I actually really liked it! I thought it was going to be bad, but it was rather enjoyable! Shia Leboeuf (or whatever his name is, haha his last name translates into "the beef") wasn't all that bad... He probably wouldn't have been my first choice for that role, but he did a decent job.

The girl was really pretty too. It was pretty funny (slash annoying) during the movie, my boyfriend turned to me and was all like "she's so hot, you know you want to do her," and I was just like "shut up." But truth is, if I were a man, I probably would.

Aaand that's pretty much my ramble about Transformers... Go see it! It's good :D

Oh, and Bumble Bee is a cute car ^__^
