How frequently do you buy your manga/anime?
-Not as frequently as I'd like. In a year, I may buy 4-5 manga. It's too expensive for me to get it more than that D; I use all bookstore gift cards on manga.
As for anime, I rarely ever buy it. I have 1 Yu Yu Hakusho DVD and the set for Fruits Basket if that tells you anything.

Once a year, probably less. My collection consists of like.. 5 books.

Every few months I buy manga. Basically when a new volume of one of the series I'm reading is released, I'll buy it and maybe an extra book to check out and see if I enjoy it.

Anime and manga stuff are the only things i get really, though its not often i do buy stuff, my mum takes me out down commercial road once and a while and i buys manga and then goes to order some DVD's (FMA for a looong time now) from Virgin.

and recently they got me stuff online after wards around the same time as well, last thing i got was Loveless volume 5 and that was about 2 or 3 weeks ago now.

I used to buy an anime dvd every two weeks and manga at least once a week but I quit my job so now I get manga about once every two weeks.

Not very often. =[ I watch anime on Youtube or other video sites, and the only manga I have is Ouran High School Host Club. I'm planning on buying volumes 7 and 8 though. Also volume 9 when it comes out in the US. [not sure if it has yet or not]

The last time i bought a manga was about 4 months ago. I just read manga online same goes with anime. I usually just download it or watch it on t.v(if I'm bored)

I love horror, funny kind of anime.
I like D.Gray-Man, Naruto, FMA, and alot of others.

Um.. About 2 mangas per month. They're expensive you know.

I don't buy anime often unless it's spectacular or something xD Cause I have netflix.
But I buy manga at least ocne a month. Or at least when the next issue of whatever I'm collecting at the moment comes out.

I buy 1 a month.

Per month I usually buy around 5 or 6 manga, and every 2 months I'll buy a season of anime. Of course around christmas my favorite comic book store usually has great deals, and their boxing day sale is crazy, so I'll drop a lot of coin then, and come out with around 12-15manga, and about 3 seasons of anime. But its deffinately worth it.

i get manga whenever i feel like it.. sounds bad i know lol but as long as i have money i sacrifice other luxaries to buy manga and books
anime though not so much... i ususally get seasons when it time for holiday- and movies i get every once in a while

Whenever I have a birthday, or when I go the the movies. That's when I buy a manga. The movie theater has a Borders ten steps away. xD

I buy most of my anime/manga around Christmas time, as well as getting some on my birthday. I don't have a whole lot of extra money in my budget (being a SAHM of two) but I have a huge family and so does my husband. Every year for Christmas, we usually get at least $200 each in gift cards for places like Best Buy and FYE and use it almost exclusively on anime. Some of the stuff we got last Christmas is still unwatched, so it holds us over for a while too.
Otherwise, I try to borrow as much as I can from my dad (who's got more anime than I'll probably ever have) and my friends who are single and not parents and thus can spend their money on themselves XD

I don't ever buy anime, since it's kinda a waist. I don't have a dvd player.

But I buy manga as often as I can.

I have 4 death note manga's, 1 bleach, 3 InuYasha, 1 CCS and one Vampire Knight. Then I have a few Shounen Jump and then a few magazines. XD

i was thinking- back when i was younger i would spend like over one hundred dollars at a time to buy like 15 manga, but now i can't
even when i have that much money to spend on it like birthday money or what not i've started just getting two or three maybe four manga at a time over time... maybe thats what people mean when the talk about amturity lol
anyone just thinking about it nd wondering if anyone else's spending habits have changed even if their love for it hasn't?

I buy 1~3 manga per week. I'm really addicted to buying manga, haha ><

I used to get a manga every Borders visit, but since I live five minutes from Borders and am not currently working this semester I decided to save up and wait for the next convention (which is in May, so it'll be happy manga week after that con). I will be getting manga for Christmas if I get any gift cards but other than that, I plan on sticking to my promise.

I only buy anime movies when I get to a point where I would kill someone to get it. I dont really like watching anime as much as I like reading mangas. anime's dont really entertain me as much as reading manga's do. Im not really sure why that is.
I buy mangas around wo to three times a month. WHich is kind of every weekend. But I havent bought many mangas lately because Borders hasn't gotten the volumes I want.

I used to buy like 10 a week but when I went back to college and quit working to take care of my grandmother and study more I had to stop. I'm lucky that I still have a friend who's got more than 800 manga I can borrow so it's not as bad as it could be. :D

I used to not have to buy it considering I got it from my friends. But then I started rereading them and I got tired of hoping she'd bring and sooner or later bought the whole series (so far) of Fruits Basket. (My mom owed me 100 bucks at the time so I bought it everytime we went to Wal-Mart. AKA every week.) But now I've moved away from my manga selling Hastings and don't go there often as much. Only every Sunday I pass by it. Now I realize they have Pixie Pop 3 in and I gotta buy it! I will now try and buy namga every Sunday x]

Normally i buy them weekly, but since i've had so much schoolwork and i'm reading my boyfriend's Maison Ikkoku (only 4 left to go, though T-T) i haven't bought more than like 4 in the past 2 months. However, once i'm done with Maison Ikkoku and get caught up on my schoolwork, i will be starting my shopping again.

I would like to buy more, but sadly, I haven't the funds. Lately, homework has bombarded me, leaving me with little time to read manga and the like. I wish I could sit down and read any book. xD

I tend to gather a lot from my library, but they don't have some of my CLAMP favorites, like Tsubasa or xxxHolic, so I go and purchase them with cash.

Not often; maybe once a month at most. The closet book store is like over half an hour away from me. It's not a very convenient drive. I've gotten pretty use to just reading and watching stuff online.
