Do not cry for me
I am a stranger here
Do not weep
Nothing here is worth the tears
Nothing is worth the tears

This is very moving...it makes me wonder what kind of world we live in when the most common type of poetry is deep and shows pain and suffering. Very nice work.

It is, indeed, very deep, altough it seems simple.

I really like it.

Its beautiful. Its short and clean, but still makes you want to ponder on about it. Wonderful work

I think it's really nice, and a pretty good length. It does seem to be nice lyrics for a song. I'm not sure I totally like the last two lines as they are, but good work.

It sounds pretty nice. I like it. Although it's a bit short. It'd be nice if you can explain more on the character or the situation. You should elaborate on it more.

Thanks all. Perhaps I should show this to my choir teacher? (He writes music)
@Flinx: I think that I now what you are saying but honestly I wouldn't know what else to put on it. This came to me when I was reading a poem by Edgar Allen Poe and it was like "Here it is! and now it's gone"

Yeah, Edgar Allen Poe's good. I think you could show it to your teacher, but you might want to write more first. I like it!
