Of course he is our favorite pixelated dragon! What other dragons skateboard, save their fellow dragons and still find time to hang out with their buddies?

I've played Spyro: Year of the Dragon, which is much fun ^^ I think Hunter is a pretty amusing character and he lets me ride his skateboard through the skate parks :D Getting those little lizards is so much fun xD

So...
What Spyro games have you played? (Favorite game?)
Favorite character?
Favorite little adventure you've played in Spyro?

The first three games rocked. Hard. Then Insomnia gave them up and they went to shit.

Ripto's Rage is still one of my favorite games ever, though. I still play it on occasion.

I've only ever played the first one, and had a great time playing it.

I played the first one too on playstation and really had a great time with it ^^ I finished it but when I was collecting all crystal, I was missing three >.< And the worst is that I knew where they were O.o right in front of my nose on an unreachable platform @[email protected]

I've only played the one for playstation (one). Where you have to run around and free the frozen/crystalized dragons. I really didn't see a point to that. Couldn't he just melt them out? But it wass fun. xD

Same with Pink Geisha, I've only played that version, and that was a looong time ago. I just kind of lost interest in it and didn't bother seeing if there even were more games. Although, it might be fun to get a few of the later ones from Gamefly since I'm subscribed there, just to see what they're like.

Spyro brings back so many memories~... I never could beat any of the games though. I broke a controller because I got so mad from dying 38539 times. x.x;;

haha, I've actually beaten Spyro:Year of the Dragon 3 times with 115% (bonus levels after you "complete" the game). It really is the only game I think I've ever actually completed.

OMG I JUST MADE A THREAD ABOUT THIS.
I should delete it..xD
But anyways..
SPYRO = I LOVE IT, NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE IT.
I don't know why, but I live and breathe Spyro..
1, 2, and 3 were by far the BEST. Because they were made by the original Insomniac..unlike these crappy new Universal Studio games..where you go around killing things. BORING. So Un-Spyro. Plus he's gotten uglier..and..less pixelated. o.0 And Sparx..? EW. He has arms..and TALKS.
I miss the old spyro.
I'm listening to the sound track as we SPEAK!
-Sigh- I love remembering myself as a kid spending hours infront of the Television with my Playstation blasting Gnorcs. :3
My favorite character would be Spyro. He's such a player. :3
I used to like Moneybags..until Universal Studios made him have a Spanish accent. :/
I also loved all those minor Pixelated characters on the levels that you'd have to help save their world..

My favorite level/adventure in Spyro would be Spyro 3: Sunny Villa.
Because that was the first level of the first Spyro game I played.
I also liked all the home worlds in all 3 of the first Spyro games..such as Midday Gardens...Autumn Plains..Summer Forest..AH I could go on forever about Spyro. >3<

I only played the first all the way thru, and I never DID catch Gnasty Gnorc.

I tried some of the others, but I didn't like them.

I have played all three to the playstation and I still have them =) but I lost my playstation one memory card DAMN EEEEET!!! DX< Anyway I liked riptos rage the best. Mainly because it was the first spyro game I bought and played to the very end and beat 100%. Would have beat the others too if I had my flippin playstation one memory card v_v. Fml.

I love Spyro. I've played just about all the games, I think. Personally I like the old ones on the Playstation more than the new ones. The newer ones are fun in their own way though, but I missed collecting those gems. I really liked the last one since it had multiplayer, it was a lot of fun playing through the game with my boyfriend. And he's great and video games, so we beat it in a decent amount of time. When I play on my own, I tend to get to a spot where I have trouble and then give up on it and then forget to finish the game, or am unable to beat whatever it is. That happened with some of the first games on the Playstation. I played them up to a point, a bit more than half the game maybe, and then quit. So now I'm going back and finishing the ones I didn't beat after all these years. XD
