I am feeling a little better today though I am all raspy still T_T I don't wanna cough anymore! But at least the dizziness and nausea subsided enough for me to start some laundry started and the dishes finished though I was doing dishes around Sean cause he decided to help ^^ and he was more a supervisor then a helper but at least he wasn't getting into things lol... He kept telling me "k full HOOOOT!" cause the water I use to rinse is super hot and was steaming LOL...

My hubby is gone again... Just me and The Sean until 2... Blah... Maintenance just came in to fix the paint in back room which is A-ok with me except they may be coming again later cause their puddy and paint were frozen ><;;

Maybe Mellie can make her hubby a your awesome certificate ^^ I know it sounds cheesy but at least it is something ^.^ Acknowledgment is all I ever want for doing stuff. My hubby makes me feel appriciated just by saying simple stuff like "yay you did the dishes or what ever LOL"

Hurray! Does that mean if he doesn't pay he doesn't get to see Mike? xD That would be total WIN!

I gave him something like that when we were dating. xD I was poor so there wasn't much else I could do. It was still cute though, and he appreciated it. >.> I'll figure something out. Eventually. Maybe I'll make him a special dinner some night?

I mean my son's dead beat father is going to have to make a plea agreement to pay his child support consistently for a year (probably starting in April or May) or go to jail!!! I can always pray he chooses jail ^^

Child support and visitation are not connected in any way in my state >.>

They should be. >.> IMO if you're not willing to pay and support the child, you should have no claim over the child. If you can't pay for them at all, how the hell are you going to feed them when they're with you!

*fingers crossed for jail* lolz.

...What the hell do you get from him in jail? >.> I'm sorry, but this is always something that bothers me. My father owes my mother hundreds of thousands of dollars that he will NEVER be able to pay her. People suggest "Send him to jail." ...But my mom still won't get that money. INFACT she'll get less. So how does him going to jail help you?! I'm sorry, but it's a iffy subject for me. I didn't mean to explode. >.>

In jail, he won't have access to Mike. (:
Getting bad influences away from your children is always a good thing. I'm guessing Jaz is okay with out the money, she and her hubby seem to be stable, sure extra money is always nice, but whats' the point if you're not getting it anyway? At least in jail he's removed from their lives for a while.

JUSTICE... for 6 years of struggle while he doinked around and I had the baby and the responsibility!

Mainly it is that Mikes won't see him and won't be hurt by him physically or mentally! And his step mother won't see him either! I honestly think she is abusive towards him but I have no proof!

And Mikes school just called me! His dad was put in jail! Hahaha!

I have NO idea for what but he is IN jail!

Dillon and I do just fine without his dirty untaxed money! Yeah extra money is good but I don't NEED his money I have done well for myself for nearly six years without him I damn well don't need him now! And Mikes doesn't either! He has a dad who is AWESOME to him he doesn't need a dead beat!

Just picked up Mikes... From what it sounds he was left at his school late... >.>* and they received a call from the PPD about his step mother picking him up cause she doesn't normally legally have the right... But I think we passed him on the way home from picking Mikes up so he is already out >.> blah... I want that man to suffer all 9 circles of hell!

My stupid little sister had the balls to call me after I called and told my mom. She was insisting that I shouldn't tell Mikes that his dad was arrested just to tell him that he had to talk to the cops... FIRST OFF!!! I wasn't planning on telling him unless he ASKED or his step mom told him. SECOND OFF who the hell does she think she is!!! She has no children and an OBVIOUS disregard for authority. Mikes knows that bad people go to jail. If you break a law and don't pay the ticket to murder... He knows why people go there... There is no reason for me to say other wise >.> I want him to KNOW what it means to go to jail and not have some glorified look on it like his dad likes to give! It is a place for people who break the law!

/rant sorry...

He didn't ask and seem all to oblivious to the fact that his father wasn't there so I said nothing to him. I just asked him how his day was and what he learned in class today. No reason to rile him with no cause.

I don't think just BAD people go to jail, Jaz. People who can't pay for certain things and are taken to jail aren't bad. T.T

To get a ticket though you had to break the law... My brother had a 30 dollar speeding ticket and didn't pay it because he decided weed was a better thing to buy... If they catch him he will go to jail and I'd explain it like that should Michael find out. Minus the weed part >,<

Dillon and I live pretty tight from paycheck to paycheck... But when something comes up we sacrifice something to pay for what ever it is... Though I think other people have troubles understanding sacrificing one thing for another... For me it isn't a big deal to cancel my newspaper or internet service if we can't afford something like a medical bill... Or in this case what was probably a 30 dollar speeding ticket.... >.>* He had to break the law in some what to consequent going to jail today. I want Michael to be a law abiding citizen... That is all... Dillon and I have managed to pay two outta no where 900 & 2.5k bills on a salary on less then $1200 a month... There are ways to pay things and balance things... And the fact that his father has a big screen TV and cable tells me he has luxuries he could have sacrificed to pay the bills he needed to pay for breaking the law... So yeah... I have no sympathy... If he were living on the street or even where I am then MAYBE I would say he didn't have the money.... But he lives in a comfy house in a good area of town with plenty of luxuries... He needs to learn to sacrifices as does my little brother... And my sister who has no children and NO IDEA or RIGHT to tell me how to raise mine... Should keep her mouth to herself...

Hello Kaidatiger

Sorry Clair... My little sister gets on my nerves in every way... But it really ticks me off to have her TELL me how to raise Michael. I want him to be smart and responsible. And not really "fear" authority... But at very least respect it!

True. She has no right. You're his mother, you're older and you're the one who IS a mother in the first place. I totally get that. I have two little sisters myself.

One doesn't get on my nerves that much, but that's because she's a little younger than your Sean. :P

My sister and I butt heads a LOT! She is 18 and bucks the system in every way.... It annoys the crud out of me... I didn't mean to take it out on you.... I was just irritated cause I wasn't planning on explaining it unless I had to... And if Mikes doesn't hear anything tomorrow I shouldn't have to... He's a good kid I don't want him to get a skewed perception of jail being a place that is an initiation like his father likes to give off... If I was ever arrested for something you'd better believe that I would not be telling everyone and acting like I just got into a sorority or something!

Yikes Jaz! Does he really do that? D: You need to get that boy away from that bad influence!

And screw your sister. What does she know about parenting? She still needs to be parented herself! (Never mind that at her age we were both parenting already! xD)

Mellie you have no idea how much I would LOVE to get him away from his father! It doesn't help that I don't have a darn clue where to start but I don't think I have enough evidence to get him away from him. Much less I couldn't afford the legal fees that would be inevitable! I'd love it if Dillon could adopt Michael... I think Mikes would love it too! And his ass hole father would never have to pay another child support bill again! Which would be a-ok with me!

Yeah I pretty much hung up on her she is soo annoying... She is technically still 17 until July so I was pregnant with Mikes at her age LOL... It just irritated me to the max yesterday!

I thought she was 18 xD I was pregnant with Kura at her age. Granted no one thought I knew how to raise a child either...but Kura has turned out amazingly well so they can stfu (:

Doesn't his dad have other kids with his new wife? I would think he would be okay with not having Mike around >.> Why have an extra mouth to feed? Unless of course he just wants to annoy the hell out of you. Which wouldn't really surprise me. >.< Have you talked to him about Dillon adopting Mike?

No because we are not really 'suppose' to communicate... He makes me severely nervous so I let big mean Dillon do the talking and he hasn't brought it up... It is usually a cold "Hi" to Chris' new wife and telling Mikes bye and we love him! I have the feeling that Chris may be pushed in the direction of letting Mikes be adopted by his wife... But I fear that he would try to retaliate at Dillon or I in someway either in court or illegally..

Yeah I round up quite often my sister is rounding the last corner of being 17 ><;; ... I started referring to Michael as 6 instead of 5 now which I am not liking at all ><;; he's going to be five until I LET him be six darn it LOL... Meh I think Mikes is a wonderful kid despite the horrid things his "father" and step mother teach him! He is so caring and helpful ^^ and MAN I hate to brag but he is SHARP! lol... She always tries to take the credit for "raising" Michael... Yeah whatever... She watched him MAYBE 2 hours a day while I was in class! So she can kiss my big white butt!

Hehe, gotta adore the big strong manlys. :3 I love how my manly is so much larger and taller than me. Hehe, he makes me feel so safe and loved. I don't believe in women being subserviant to their husbands, I think it should be equal between the two. But I do like my manly being bigger and stronger than me. :P
