 Our men are awesome. Thank God they don't allow us to be treated like crap by their families. His family isn't religious which is why his marriage in the church comment amused me. I know we can't get married in my church, Catholic priests don't allow a non catholic to get married in there. Or at least, that's how it was at my moms church. And with the new "stricter" pope in place right now, I doubt that is going to be changing any time soon Though I imagine it might depend on the individual priests, but all the ones I knew/was friends with at my moms church have moved to other churches. [/random] That and we never had a real ceremony, just a justice of the peace thing at the courthouse that his mom was sheriff for. xD But still. Married, happily one unit of person comprised of two individuals. >D
Hurray! You're going to be such a good mommy/teacher. (: I'm glad there are people like you around Clair. I had a really good friend back in Cali that is going getting her early childhood education degree now too. People working towards it, that actually really enjoy being with young children and can handle the stress/randomness that kids can dish out totally amaze me. I'd go crazy with more than just my brood. xD

My mom's boyfriend's family is just like that too >.> she flat out won't see them anymore... And she has come to the decision that one day Robin will have to choose between his mother who is in her 80's or 90's now or her to spend the rest of his life with.... She doesn't think that it is right that he won't stand up for her when it comes to his family... <.<* Dillon is never around to defend me when my own mom is being awful T_T so I have gotten use to sticking my neck out there... But it took a lot for me to get him to say things to his mom about habits he and I don't want around our kids... >.>
Jazzy needs to find her degree in this flood of boxes... I want to hang it in my study ^^

lol, just earlier Jazzy? xD I spend my life scatterbrained.
Scott has always stood up for me, he got married with out their approval, techincally our entire second and third year of dating was with out their approval. They moved him to another school thinking we'd break up and it would be all the better for both of us...but it wasn't >.> We bring out the good in each other, and he just couldn't be kept from me. Kid would bike 6 miles from his moms apartment to my moms house to see me. I still think that is one of the sweetest things ever.

You're allowed to be scatterbrained after a move. :3 All of your stuff is everywhere, and it just makes it so much harder to concentrate on any one thing that if you aren't scatter brained there is a problem. XD

Yeah, moving for me wasn't such a scatterbrained thing until 3 months after we moved in here when our stuff finally arrived. @ [email protected] Not having stuff for 3 months was killer. Luckily we bought the place WITH a washer/dryer/stove/fridge so we had necessities. but not having a couch, table, BEDS, chairs etc was killer. When out stuff finally got here we had so much extra (we had to go out and buy pots and pans for cooking, plates to eat off of etc) that we had doubles of a lot of things. About a month I was omg what goes where? We weren't the ones that packed up most of the boxes, so there was kitchen stuff in with bathroom towels and we were just like wtf were those moving guys thinking?? It was insane chaos.

OMG I would have had a fit!!!! I don't like other people touching my stuff and NOTHING that goes in the bathroom goes anywhere NEAR my kitchen stuff... I will actually walk all the way around the house to get to my office if there is food or drinks on any kind in my hand!!!! The direct line from kitchen to office is through the bathroom >.>

Really? That's a weird twist in the floor plan.
We didn't really have a choice in them touching our stuff. The coast guard was paying to move it, they hired the movers. We didn't have a house when Scott went to A-school and there wasn't enough room at my moms house to store a house full of furniture so we put it in storage and they took care of the rest. It did suck. >.<

Wow... I've heard of some weird floor plans, especially in the really old fashion houses that have been renivated for modern use in my area, but that is super weird, Jaz.

There is actually a hall that separates the bathroom and the kitchen... My house is over 100 years old and bathrooms weren't originally part of the floor plan... So they were stuck where ever they could find a place! My downstairs bathroom is underneath the stair case... Best guess is that it was once the closet to on of the bedrooms and a pantry for the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom was more then likely either a closet to what is now the laundry room and more then likely a linen closet... I'll see if I can draw up a quick floor plan it isn't as bad as it seems but like almost all 100+ houses it is a giant ant farm!

This house is like a maze... Even my brother thought so ><;; he kind of laughed that every room except one has 2 or more exit... my office only has one exit/entry

yeah, servants stair cases would be separate. That way they can get around the house with out the people in charge seeing them all the time.
Awesome. Can't wait to see!

Yeah. Servant staircases are usually hidden.
Like, in one house, the staircase is hidden in a closet, and the bottom of staircase opens into the pantry in their kitchen. :)
