I don't know how it works here but my parents get packages delivered to their home if it comes via UPS, etc. If it comes by US Postal Service, then they get a card in their PO Box that they take to the front counter.

I'm in North Carolina (Elizabeth City) and it's just so different to how California is XD It's taking quite a while for me to get used to. Though I've only been here for... 2 months We have a wal mart and sushi place in town, about 20 minutes from where I live, but to go anywhere else (say a mall or non-fast food restaurant) we have to go into Virginia and its about an hour to an hour and a half. </3

That doesn't sound so bad Melody. It sounds like it's much quieter there than in Cali. I like places that are not so busy all the time.

I thought I would too, but I've been so used to going to a mall and it only taking about 15 minutes to get there if that. lol. It's something I'll get used to in time, right now it's just s weird for me. I like that we have a large plot of land compared to what most places in California have and that I can garden, but it's just such a change from what I am used to.

lol, I'll go back to visit my mom and just be overwhelmed by the sheer number of people on the road, and how much activity there is in general. It will be funny.

So the guys delivering the t.v. came. -_- there was a huge crack in te screen the the middle of the bottom, to the top left corner. It was huge! D: I'm so saddened because I wanted to have and enjoy that t.v. tonight. We had even bought 'Just Like Heaven' so that we could watch it on our new big screen! And now it is all for naught. sometimes, I think God hates me </3

It was insured I hope? Gah, what a disappointment. How long 'till another comes?

Goodness, my nephew is a complete hellfire today. x___x;

When the bus dropped him off, he hopped in the car and was all, "Look what I found on the playground? :D" It was a bent and dirty comb from who knows where. After explaining why it's not exactly healthy, I turn around and seconds later he's plastered stickers on the car window!!

e_e

"What could be so bad about Spongebob on the window?"

I got it in time... it peeled off without ripping, thank God.

Then he ran off on me into the door entryway/cubby and slammed it on me. T__T

I dunno what the hell's up with him. He's laughing impishly every time he pulls something, too. I've basically told him to sit and be quiet so I can work on my paper now. >.>; We'll see how it goes.

Oh I feel for you Chi. My niece still does stuff like that. We are learning how to deal with her but it's a slow process.

With Kellen, this is rare. He's just in a mood I guess.

I still can't believe he plastered stickers on the window. o_O

I still have huge streaks of fingerprints on my back window. It's really hard to see out at night because she was being a turd the other day.

It was insured, by the company we bought it from. And so the delivery company is taking it back and we will get a new one next Wednesday. So a week and a day after we were supposed to get the t.v. we will hopefully get it. I hope the next one doesn't have a crack in it too. blah.

stickers on the window? that's so. . .random. I doubt his parents allow it why would he try it with you?

My daughter has gotten finger prints all over the front windows of our car, and the twins stuff all over the back. I'm sometimes amazed at how clear it gets after I clean the inside of te windows.

I really need to clean mine anyway but that's not the point. My windshield is so long and my dash is wide so it's really hard to clean where the steering wheel is. I barely ready the bottom of the windshild there. The back window always streaks for me.

Yeah, silver is hard to keep clean. Especially when I live on a gravel lane and we haven't really had rain lately to control the dust.
