Trust in your doctor. If anything goes haywire bring it up with them. :3

@ Melody::
That's a beautiful thing to do for others. Do you think that after you give baby #2 to the couple, you may look for other couples who want children? ^_^
The guy Clair is... seeing(?) is a bit shorter than her. :lol: But it doesn't seem to bother him, and it certainly doens't bother Clair. :)
@ Jaz::
When I was a baby, I had something my parents called "cradle cap"- which is like extreme dandrif(spelling?) I guess. Both of my parents say I was born with a full head of jet black hair... and then I got cradle cap and the meds the doctors gave me caused me to go bald. :lol: When my hair grew back, it was a lighter mousey brown. It made my parents a little sad. xD//
OMG! JAZZIE!? Are you starting for baby #3!? *starts praying for a baby girl*

Sean had cradle cap but we never got medication for him. We just washed his hair with cradle cap shampoo... which made his head oily... lol... He never lost all of his hair from it though lol...
We are not starting until after my period for the month... which has yet to rear it's ugly head... :/ Dillon told me yesterday to remember that last month was a 28 day month so that might be why it seems like it is behind....

Clair- probably. :3 It all depends on how this one goes. And I'll probably wait a couple of years before doing it again. My original plan was to wait a while, and I know my couple would wait for me if I told them I wasn't ready to start again now, but I also know that the dad whose sperm we're using this time is feeling "old" and so he doesn't really want to wait. Thus the reason I'm doing it again after about a year instead of two. I figure after I'm done with this one I'll go back to the agency (they wouldn't be able to work with me this time even if I wanted to, because they don't work with surros in Alaska).
I am a little wary of a new couple though, I've been so spoiled by mine, and I know that what I had isn't a typical relationship with the parents (some couples don't go to appointments, and don't bother calling/emailing, they show up at the birth take the baby and leave when they can. O.o) and mine were just so supportive and amazing through the entire thing that I'm almost scared of not having that type of relationship with the couple. xD Ooooor you have the couples that are in your face about everything, make you do a food log, and monitor your weight etc so they can see how much you're gaining, and if the baby is getting the right nutrition...there's a whole spectrum of crazy that some couples can take on that leave you going... This isn't what I signed up for! D: D: D:

Baby Couples are parents, and the spectrum of how parents are is pretty varied, too. So, I totally get what you mean.

Since I only hear stories and have yet to have a couple like that I just laugh about it, but the thought of having one of them...man, it's scary stuff.

I wouldn't want to deal with someone who just swooped in and took the baby.... That would make me mad... But regular adoption from a birth mother/ father seems to be that way too... Seeing as 16 and Pregnant shows a couple of the adoptions that can happen in those cases too O___O

My Aunt/Uncle adopted a baby that way. The mother decided about a month before the birth that she wanted to give up the baby for adoption. Contacted an agency, the agency told my uncle about it, the mother didn't want to have anything to do with the new parents etc, and so after the baby was born, she was brought out to them while the mother stayed in recovery. Some people want it that way. It makes letting go easier. While I enjoyed holding owen I got annoyed at teh nursing staff who kept trying to put the blankets down on my stomach so they could put Owen there after he was born. I wanted the parents to be the first to hold him, not that I don't care about him, just that they needed that new parent bonding time. I'd felt owen all along, it was at that moment that it became completely real for them. So some birth parents don't want that time because it makes it more real holding the baby, getting to know the new parents etc. It could make them change their mind (as happened to my aunt and uncle three times during their course of trying to adopt a child). What gets me mad is hospital staff that ignore your wishes because they don't get them.

@Clair
Nope, no cradle cap. She was just born with a PILE of dark hair. The weird thing is she lost it from the top first, and then the bottom. She looked like an old man for a while. :lol: It's grown back in much lighter. Her bald spot is covered again.

@ Melody::
You love Owen in your own way. You gave him life. :) And that's a connection in itself. But you're right when you say that he should have been held by his fathers first. :(

I understand the different desires of different families. I personally if it was one of my own I was giving up could NEVER have held the baby much less be forced to nurse it as my aunt was (it's no wonder she is crazy and acts like he evil daughter is a goddess, adopted baby was a girl with the adoption name Melody oddly enough her real name is Elizabeth though, while he treats her son like crap). But if I was surrogating if I didn't get to oogle the baby I had to work to get out of me and get poked and prodded to get into me... I'd be more then a little sore.... Though I agree.... Daddy's should have been first...
Chi Both my boys were born with TONS of black hair... Not so much now... Michael's is dark but not black and Sean's was blonde when we had to shave him... It appears to be growing back darker at least on the sides and back but he had two toned hair when we shaved him too... It was weird.......
Well..... Jazzy found out why her period didn't start ;D

Does that mean... Jazzy is pregnant! O: *holds congratulations inside until confirmed*
I still love Owen, I just don't have the urge to mother bird him. xD I looooove the hold him for a while until he starts crying and hand him back ability this has given me. I never had it before...I was always the one that was given back the crying baby...and left to cry on my own since I didn't have much of a support system in place with teh twins. ^^;;
How can you be forced to nurse a baby? They've had formula for years. O.o That would be quite tragic imo.

Jazzy is pregnant... Took the test this morning... We were.... uh... less then careful right after my period last month and as you know.... I've been rather.... er... moody along with other signs... I've suspected it about 1-2 weeks now. Dillon wanted me to wait since last month was a short month which could have thrown off my period groove... lol... But yeah... Test was positive... I am keeping it mostly on the DL right now... Only Dillon, you guys and my best friend know right now... I am going to keep it that way until after my first appointment.
I have no idea... But the hospital forced her to nurse the baby for like a day or something. I think my mom said because of that she REFUSED to nurse her other two... It is wrong there is soooo much bonding that happens through nursing... It would be DEVASTATING...
I like the aunty ability too... lol... Crying stinky vomity... Not my problem.... yet lol

My guess is I won't know until May-June-ish the gender (might be over shooting a bit)... I probably won't make a count of what I need until then... Whatever the gender is it is set in stone now... No going back on this one! lol... I don't have much left of my baby stuff really ><;; thanks to my sister/ brother-in-laws. I have boys clothes... for the wrong seasons lol... so yeah... lol...
Oh and excuse my delete of you post on FB... Not meaning any offense lol... Just don't want too many people asking questions...

xD As if your post wasn't going to cause questions?
I could get you some gender neutral cloth diapers? Then when you find out the gender you can get the proper gender diaper covers? (: But I'd need to know what brand you want. :P

Amazingly enough... No one has said anything... O_O I've noticed a lot of people ignore my posts lol... So they are going to probably miss the announcement as well SUCKS TO BE THEM!!! LOL... I was more worried about my mom O_o;;
Yeah actually that will work... I'll need all the help I can get there... They may save loads in the long run but they cost bundles in the beginning... Jillian's Drawers - Indian Prefolds, unbleached prefold these are the kind of prefolds I use. They aren't much but they are simple and easier to clean then some of the others. Diaper Covers as far as covers go... Any of the non wool ones >.> I ish allergic to wool :( Amazon has the er... prefolds I believe. but they didn't say what size or anything O_o;; as far as I've seen on covers so far... I've only really seen the Blueberries on there that are quality... http://jilliansdrawers.com/products/...luxev3allinone those are the only All in ones I'll get... I found a place in Pueblo that is selling them retail and her husband said he would deliver if you live in town. ^_^

I miss being pregnant like mad. If we weren't in the living situation we're in now, I'd be begging for #2. In the end we may just stick with Terra. ;( Just no way to swing it with both of us in school. I'm doing great balancing everything now, but two would be too difficult.
So, instead, I will gush over you and wish all the best. :XD Little to no morning sickness, an easy pregnancy, and a happy birth!

My second was born in less then desirable conditions... But school doesn't last forever though.... I am glad to have him now but it all my kiddos are VERY close to 4 years apart. Sean is 3 years and 9 months younger then Michael and this one is estimatedly 3 years and 7 months younger
Thanks again though.... So far I have not been sick... just tired... **knock on wood** If I get past my 6 weeks I should be good, I hope....

I remember you were working your butt off when you were pregnant with Sean. I think you had mentioned a lot of dehydration because your workplace wouldn't give breaks? I hope I'm remembering right. I took a long hiatus and just disappeared from chatting. ><;
