I was 160 before I GOT pregnant with Owen. xD You're still doing well in my book Jazzie-pie!
I am doing well.
I'm excited to hear from my uncle... It's been a few hours since we last talked. haha. We went over to a get together with my dads side of the family yesterday. Spent the entire day there. It was nice. My uncle got in about...2 pm ish. Then got a phone call, and left around 3ish. The phone call was their second birth mother telling them her water broke and that she is headed to the hospital. So they packed up Mary Jane (my newest cousin, about 8 and a half months old) and left for AZ to go be there for the birth. So I'm hoping that all works out for them. They're so excited to be parents, and they're doing such an amazing job with MJ that I just hope they're able to adopt this little girl too. I feel bad saying "I hope the birth mother doesn't change her mind" but ya know, she's gotten their hopes up... But at the same time, I know that I wouldn't be able to do it myself. My babies are just that, my babies. /sigh. In any case, I'm really excited for them and hoping that it all works out. (: I love new babies in the family!
And it gets my kids to stop asking my siblings when they're going to start having babies so they can have cousins like everyone else!

Jaz, I grew up with a kitchen/dining room combo... thing. But it was roomy! :lol:
We got the new table in, and it's a much better fit. Perfect size for two adults and a high chair. Terra can now sit more with us as opposed to next to us. Much better.
Oh, let us know how it goes. Hopefully she doesn't change her mind. I don't think I could do it, either... :(

Ohhh how exciting!!! Keep us updated!
I was 140 at the beginning of this pregnancy... I have already gained 20lbs *noms her 4th fun sized twix for the day* >.>;;; But I was 150-160 with both previous pregnancies at the beginning so I don't know... I was more making a comment that of all the people who sit in the chairs with the exception of the boys, I am the lightest... :/ Why'd it have to break with ME in it...
Chi that is actually one of the things I am irritated about with our current table :/ we have a high chair that attaches to an existing chair... And now we don't have enough chairs to fit the whole family :/

Do you know the make/model of your table? The one we have/had (the one we're going to sell) has available additional chairs. I know it would mean more money, but at least it would all match.
Or maybe you could find a highchair that doesn't attach to a chair second hand? Terra's attaches to a chair, too, and I think we probably would have done it differently... I dunno though. It's convenient to be able to take it with us when it's necessary.

My mom is implying that the table is over 100 years old... The style makes me think 50 ish as it isn't NEAR as intricate as the DATED 100 year old table my mom has... So I doubt they make them anymore... My step father is taking the chairs home tomorrow night. He thinks he can fix them without a problem. I believe him he does pretty solid work. As far as the make and model I could guess the maker is maybe Keller and that the hand written number on the bottom of the chairs and table are the model?

RE make/model: that would be my guess.
The birth mom needed a c-section and they arrived there just as she was going into it. So it sounds like labor wasn't all that easy for her this time. (She has two children already but can't afford a third time wise or money wise as she's in the middle of a degree etc) But my uncle has been staying with her, as has their little Mary Jane and my aunt. So far everything is looking good. But the paper work hasn't been completed yet. I was just talking to him on facebook, and he had to leave because Birth Mom wanted some ice cream. :heart: I like that they're taking care of her as well as Betsy-Jo. (Can I also say that I totally love the retro names he's giving his babies? I think it's so friggan cute!) Mary Jane was named after his mother, not sure where Betsy Jo came from, but darn it I love the name! Her name is actually Elizabeth Josephine but Betsy Jo for short. But so far everything is looking good for them! I really wish I had my own car, I'd totally road trip to Phoenix for a visit/take MJ off their hands so they can both be in the nursery with her at the same time. ^^;;

Awwww too sweet <3 I love those names too :P I like mary jane a lot!
Speaking of names we've attached a new one to Ellie's.... Hers will now be Elizabeth Erin Rose <3 So her middle name will mean Irish Rose <3 Her first name matches her brothers in meaning "God's promise; God is my oath"
Michael means "who resembles God" there is also an Archangel Michael... Michael's middle name, Thomas, means "twin" which makes no since but he is also named after my uncle (so his great uncle) so maybe it works.
Sean is an Irish variation on John (oddly enough a name I despise) but it means "God is gracious" Sean's middle name is a profession... Mason...

Aarons middle name is Tyler, apparently also a profession. xD But I love the sound of the name.
And yay for getting her name more sorted! lol
I love Mary Jane too. The only down side to it was the drug reference...and that my last name/also his last name...is Erb. xD Just what you need, a little kid growing up with a name that just says POT time and time again. /sigh. But my grandmother had changed her last name to my grandfathers anyway! So I guess she wasn't too fussed about it.
I also really love Mary Jane shoes. >.>

I love Mary Janes as well shoes that is... Ellie has one black pair that should fit her about the time of her birth unless she is like her brothers and has behemoth feet that don't fit anything newborn... :( I sure hope not!
We came up with Sean's middle name first... And then attached a first name too it LOL... :/ We saw it on a movie and I was like WOW I like that name. But not as a first name... But a MIDDLE name... It was one of the nights Dillon was visiting from Denver and I called him on his way back to throw Sean out as a first name.... It worked he liked the two of them together... So Sean was born :P Sean Mason
Ellies name has been complicated... I love the name Rose but when I found out my exes daughter carries that as her middle name it made me want to gag >.>; I've always loved Elizabeth as a name, and Erin was what her name would have been if we stuck with Katelynn... My mom suggested Erin again to us yesterday and I told her I didn't like Elizabeth Erin.... But Elizabeth Erin Rose... She can hate me later in life when she has to spell all four of her names out... But I think it is a pretty name lol

My sister is Carolyn Joyce Rebecca. Soooo Elizabeths name is still far shorter than hers. Even then, how often do you have to write out your middle names? The most I've ever had to do on forms is middle initial. xD I asked my sister if she put down two letters for that, and she said she didn't bother, she just put down the J since it was first. After all, they only give you a box for one middle initial!

YAY! Congrats on your new baby panda, Panda-nee! :'D
@ Jazzie::
Erin Rose together is a pretty middle name. :D
Clair's middle name is Anastasia. Her younger sister's also have "old fashion" long middle names: Elizabeth and Isabella.
Both because my mum and step mum thought those names were "uncommon". xD

Yay Congrats! You won't be quite as outnumbered anymore!
Yeah, I wasn't. I haven't had much time for anything till now because my older dog got very ill and died leaving my other dog very depressed to the point she was starving herself to death so I had to take time to hand feed her. I got pregnant sometime around there. Add a rambunctious toddler and a new puppy I've got my hands pretty full.
Thanks Clair! Actually My middle name is Elizabeth, I quite like the name.

Names like Gretchen & Penelope are old fashioned enough that they are quite uncommon... I can careless how uncommon a name is. People often will name a child after something they think is uncommon only to find that everyone seems to have found that name... Brittany is a good example of that.... I'll stick to the classics.
Panda: Yeah that is our daughters first name.... Elizabeth, Ellie for short :) and congrats to you as well!

I have nothing against the name Elizabeth, but it's not very uncommon. :lol: My mother thought it was.
And my youngest sister was born at the height of the Twilight obsession... and my step mum thought Isabella was an uncommon name. >.>
