I worry that Kura will be mean and misbehave. I worry about that when taking her to her dance class all the same. I just want her to know that people other than mommy and daddy can be in charge. I want her to learn to listen to people. I don't know how well that is going, but I have noticed her speaking better in the 4 weeks that she has been going to class! So that's good. <3

Actually most of the mommies here have 4 year olds (or very close to 4!) My little one turned 4 in July... He is in the 3 year old program because he didn't make his birthday was after June 2nd *rolls eyes* Colds are no fun... My son was in daycare for 2 years before starting preschool and colds are rampant little critters... But by far pink eye and RSV we the worst things he caught!
@Mel... I am taking 13 credit... One of my classes is a lab so I have an extra credit... I really can't wait to graduate... I am ready to be done with this college!

I dropped a class. >.> I had 13 credits too. Now I think I'm at 10. Possibly 11. No biggie though, I couldn't catch up in the class because the darn book didn't arrive until a month AFTER the class had started and since it is online I missed the discussions etc. It was just all around bad. </3 But Since I was having a semi hard time keeping up with the 4 classes I was active and taking care of stuff in it's probably for the best. ^^;; I'll take a class over winter or summer session to make up for not taking this one. Perhaps I can even take this one during winter! xD
2/3 kids are still sick for me... It's been about a week. I think I might take them to the doctor.
we joined the YMCA so that scott and I could work out together/have 2 hours of child free time, and so that we could teach the kids how to swim... but we can't leave the kids in their day care until after the kids get better. I hate paying for a membership that I can't use yet!

That's awesome! :) We started soccer and it's been rough. My kid just wants to run. She really doesn't want to listen to the girls running the class. Dad and I decided maybe it's too much. She was getting really frustrated and crying. The class is for 4-5 yr. olds but the instructions the coaches give are just too detailed for her to grasp I think. Kura is a beautiful name btw!
@ Jaz ~ Oh, lots of preschool moms, nice! :) I'm taking mine in for a flu shot, hoping it will do something. Between all the colds Dad and Bella are going to bring home I'm in for some major illness in the house this year. My lil one b-day is in July too! I hope everyone gets well soon!^^

her full name is Sakura. But we shortened it. xD Now whenever we call her Sakura she looks at us and goes 'I'm NOT sakura! I'm KURA!' haha.
she also still doesn't believe that I have a name other than mommy. :headdesk: lol.

Oh, that's lovely! :) Evidently Bella is pretty popular. Hers isn't short for anything but we meet alot of Isabellas. Most people name there daughters Bella because it means beautiful. I named my daughter after Bela Lugosi, the original Dracula. It's better than what my mom did to me. She named me after a character on Dyansty... My friend made a bold choice and named her son Link. Is anyone thinking about having more children?

>.> Sakura was named after the Japanese Anime Character CardCaptor Sakura xD It was just too cute of a name. My husband and I fell in love with it and decided that if we had a daughter that would be her name.
I have 2 year old twins... I think I'm good for now on the kids. At least my own. Still waiting to see if this surrogacy thing will be gone through with or not though... I'm getting a little annoyed at waiting but can't go through with anything on my own yet! It SUCKS.

Awww.... But that is the fun part of being a parent.... Right????
Both my boys HAD naps good ones... and they are STILL driving me BATASTIC :headdesk: .... Sean now has the "don't put me down or I'm gonna SCREAM" syndrome now....
Anyhow I am going to try to update but it might be a bit broken and if it doesn't makes since........ Well I am not to blame LOL
Michael is now 4 he started preschool a few months ago and we had our very first pumpkin patch field trip as well as our first parent-teacher conferences >..< already.... The field trip was fun... We wound up bringing home 3 pumpkins one was TINY so we let it be for the kitty cat... The other two were for the boys.... Parent teacher conferences were a JOKE if you ask me!they told me Michael is drawing large circles which is typical of a 3 year old (he is in the 3 year old preschool program he seems to be the oldest in the class) but when I told her if you actually ask him to dray a picture of someone and make him concentrate he will draw a person which is typical of a 4 year old "he is a 4 year old make him do 4 year old stuff"... Yeah the person isn't terribly detailed.... But it is better then circles... She just stuttered and said oh well we've had him do that... Yeah WHATEVER! So Then she started saying that Michael is a good listener and can sing songs and do movement and music well ^.^ (that is cause he is my kid LOL) but as we were leaving I was having trouble getting Michael to pick up the toy he was playing with... He flat out ignored me to say the very least acting like I didn't even exist... So the teacher asks "Oh do you have trouble getting him to listen to you at home? He has a LOT of trouble listening to directions here..." I wanted to SLAP her he doesn't listen to me because I don't make him listen.... Yeah it is my fault but I could almost see it in her eyes that she wanted me to spank him right there.... SCREW THAT!.... He is my kid and I KNOW what it is like to be beat for every little thing... I still implement spankings... But on my terms.... Terms that both Dillon and I discussed and we both agree that only in those situations do we spank (though there are times under extreme stress we have both slipped and spanked for less then worthy offenses)... I am tired of people judging my means of parenting.... Seriously.... It almost makes me want to let him get worse sometimes... He has done better since restricting the offenses he is spanked for but I can't say that he is perfect but then again what kid is? /rant sorry
The baby who is currently SCREAMING now.... Because he was hurting himself on EVERYTHING on the floor (bumping his head into the desk, smacking his jaw on the table when he falls from standing up) so I put him in his play pen.... He is doing awesome as far as "milestones" go.... He is crawling very well now and starting to pull himself up on furniture... He is sitting unsupported and moving easily from crawling to sitting and back to crawling... He has two teeth and at the moment I swear he'd better be cutting 6 more for the amount of noise he making... Um I think that is it.... I can't think straight with the noise Y.Y I'd better do get him before child services are called because he is WAILING quite loud!

*pets Jaz* I hope it's going better now?
I got all of my monsters down for their naps right now... and have a ton of cleaning to do as well as research. @[email protected] I feel drowned in work...and for that reason don't want to do anything. :lol: I figure to clean the house so I feel less chaotic, then shower and then look up stuff. >.< I did cereal for lunch today. >.> I had NO desire to cook. At least I took care of the dishes that Scott had been ignoring for 2 days? xD Table, Floor, Counters, and living room need to be cleaned up before Scott gets home...so of course before taking their naps they destroyed the kitchen floor and put all of the crayons onto the living room floor. little kids... they're so naughty. ;_;

Oh I feel you Mel! Mikes has been taking crayons into his room and SQUASHING them into the floor... I am just glad that I haven't put his carpet back down yet >.<
Hmmm... Just read brutal beauty's post.... I know several mom's that named their sons link... Well 2 at least... Both have a daughter one named her daughter Atari... The other I haven't spoken too in a while though so I have no idea what her daughters name is....

My youngest daughter has a habit of unwrapping the crayons. >.> It's really annoying. I would end up picking up crayon wrappers for like 15 minutes after each time I caught her doing it. >.< blah!!
I'd rant about repair men being the epitome of fail here...but I don't feel like it. Because to make myself feel better about their competence...I made peanut butter kissy cookies. :lol: yummy. <3

Crayons are now my mortal enemy.... I have been in the middle of switching rooms with the boys for about 3 days now... And after lifting Mikes bed I found that he was coloring on the floor :o he hasn't done that since he was TWO! I was sooo angry... I also found that he had been sleep peeing again.... He gets up in the middle of the night and finds something white and pees on it :headdesk:... Well I was taking apart Sean's crib (which by the way is white) and there was this awful yellow stain... I started cleaning it and sure enough... He has peed on Sean's crib... I don't know what to do with that boy sometimes... At least I sweep and mop their floor on a regular basis with bleach... Otherwise I can only imagine what it would have smelled like up there >.<* I don't like the linoleum floors we have here they are a yellow/greenish color and I can't see anything on the floors but dirt... If I would have seen the floor mess (which I am sure was there) I would have looked at the crib...

Oh Jaz, that sucks. I hope he gets over that quickly. >.<
While I was at class and Scott was cooking dinner last night the kids got a hold of crayons, and we now have murals on the walls. >.>
Luckily we picked up some MR.Clean magic erasers. Those things work WONDERS on crayons on the walls. It's awesome. <3

Yeah I LOVE magic erasers Walmart actually has cheaper version then the mr. clean ones if you look... The work just as well!
Mikes seems to be doing better now about getting up in the night... Now that his room is closer to the potty... :) I am just glad Sean's mattress was still in newborn position at the time because Mikes couldn't aim high enough for Sean to touch it... In any way.... It was just on the bottom of the foot board... Now Sean has a blue ruffle on his bed to try and detour brother since he is now in the third mattress position >.<;;

I only have one ruffle for our room it is canary yellow it matches our makeshift theme which was created from a quilt I bought (it is a patchwork quilt with yellow and blue flowers and also patches of checkered yellow and Blue) and we have expanded it from there! Both boys have two ruffles each...
I has two sick kiddies... Dillon and I are fine for the moment. But the baby has his first icky throat cold... He has woke up fussing twice tonight and I can hear it in his voice that he feels yucky... Mikes has the same thing with an icky cough so I assume his is further along in it's path of destruction... Aside from KNOWING that he has had a cold that is...

The kids have been relatively good recently. I'm glad classes are over. so much less to stress over! I have a month off...then it's back to books and school. @[email protected]
Bought a new vacuum yesterday since ours just died sometime last week. xD Our new one is much cooler...and matches our living room. :lol:

ROFL your vacuum matches your livingroom... We bought a new one at the beginning of the year... A bagless YAY! I kind of miss having a Kirby though... Those are my favorite ^.^... I'm am soooo glad classes are over too... I have a month off as well... 18 more days until the worst day of the year! Woo... Feel my excitement *sarcasm*
The kids are still sick so we had to set up the humidifier in their room... It is a warm vapor humidifier but I really hope it doesn't cause the house temperature to drop anymore (or even their room temperature... It is like 60 degrees in the house and we have the heater to 75 and it is STILL NOT kicking on... I need to call maintenance tomorrow to come and fix it since they will charge me like 70 bucks for a "non-emergency repair on a weekend" the only thing consider an emergency repair is a "clogged" toilet... But when the water started running over the sides of the toilet and down my staircase and into the bedrooms... That wasn't... Ok... I had no potty for three days because it was a holiday weekend to boot LOL...

Poor Jaz....
we got our Christmas tree up finally...I'll be surprised if the majority of the ornaments last until next monday. xD The kids are already eating the candy canes, throwing the balls at each other and all around driving me crazy. I need to put the lights on the tree too. I totally forgot to put them on first. ;_;
I need more colorful tensil too. I have an obsession with really bright colors for my christmas tree. xD I think we will end up searing the grandparents eyes with it when they arrive. (muahahaha!!)
So I just found out that my brother in law is planning on proposing to his girlfriend of 4 months ish come this sunday. Keep in mind this sunday is just about 1 week from my 4 year wedding anniversary...the wedding that his brother didn't go to because he wanted to hang out with friends. -_- I'm PISSED. and I hope she says no. hahahahhahahahahhahahahaa. OMG four months???
If she is smart she'll say "no" you hardly even know each other at that point... HA I don't even think Dillon had gotten a kiss on the lips at that point.... If he would have proposed then I would have SMACKED him... LOL maybe not that bad but you get the gist... Yeah... Now though.... any day would be SWELL!
Sean on the other hand seems to think that it is prime time to get into EVERYTHING THERE IS... / sigh
Oh well... He isn't screaming so that is always a plus ^.^
I want to have tensil on my tree T.T but I KNOW Sean will rip it off the tree and eat it... Sorry that the kiddos are using the ornaments as toys... I lucked out this year... Mikes knows better... He actually helps me police Sean away from the tree or more specifically the presents O.o... He is being such a helper today... We've been cleaning toys and doing all kinds of chores ^.^

I spent a lot of yesterday cleaning. @[email protected] I think I've gone batty from it. lol.
Kura helps put the ornaments back on the tree, but the twins like to take them off. It's pretty darn annoying. ^^;;
Our tensil is really a garland of colorful tensil that wraps around the tree. The kids haven't even touched it...since they like the ornaments so much more!
and yeah. 4 months. It should be happening today actually. :/ I'm waiting to find out. and EXTREMELY annoyed about it. It's not right to propose so soon in a relationship MUCH LESS so close to your brothers wedding anniversary. the wedding that you didn't go to in the first place because you would have rather hung out with friends. -_- Please for the love of God let her say no.
