What do you think about plastic surgery and the people who do it?
I think that it's fine for them to do, I mean it's their body. I also think plastic surgery is a fine thing also, although the though of being all cut and what not scares me to death.
Would you do it?
Yes, in a heart beat if I was rich.
What you recomend it to the ones you know?
Ehh sure if they want to?

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
Well, they're changing the way they look...and I'm not saying the plastic surgery is wrong, but I mean, when someone changes their looks, it seems like their personality also changes..I don't know if that is really true, but I think people should just be themselves instead using money to make themselves look better.
- Would you ever do it?
No because I have no reason to. I'm fine with my looks and everything, but I know I'm not pretty, but that doesn't mean I want to change..
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Not really because it would seem like a different person and not the one I knew before..it's just different..

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
Same thing I think of people who get tattoos or piercings; I hope they're happy with their changes and take every precaution to ensure their health.
- Would you ever do it?
I've considered it, mostly liposuction, breast reduction, and gender reassignment. For now I've decided to attempt a healthy weight loss before doing the former, and to get a hysterectomy before re-thinking the latter.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
If they've spent a lot of time thinking about it, are doing it for themselves primarily, and will take care of themselves after the surgery, then yes.

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
To me it would depend on the situation. If a girl is getting something enlarged such as her breasts, then no. But if someone was in an accident and their face or something got screwed up and is..er...fixable I guess then I'd say go for it.
- Would you ever do it?
Maybe. I'm not very happy with my body right now, but I think I'd get liposuction first. But only if I struggle with my weight for too long and nothing good comes out of it.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Uh...maybe. I'll leave it at that XP

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery? I think it's okay if the person can afford it and if they don't go overboard. Some people just overdo it and it looks way too fake.
- Would you ever do it? Maybe, but probably not until I start getting older. Once I'm at granny age and "things" start to sag, then I may look into it. But nothing too extreme because I hate the thought of surgery.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it? Yes...I have a friend who is so sweet, but she was born with a huge birthmark-- the entire side of her face is red and swollen. I think if she got some work done on it (maybe even by a dermatologist), she'd look so much better. But I would never say that to her because she might find it offensive or think I am judging her. It's not that she isn't aware of it, but I don't think she lets it bring her down. And good for her too!

When I was really thin and still modeling I had my breasts done. At first I said I was only doing it to get more modeling jobs, but really I felt wrong with a flat chest. I've always had a somewhat small chest, but when I dropped down to my lowest... I had nothing there. @ [email protected] It seemed like I lost weight first in my bust then everywhere else.
I felt like my chest was curving inwards on itself, although I know it wasn't. It caused me a great deal of anxiety and a lot of self-esteem issues. I got confused for a boy several times--and I'm not particularly androgenous.
I had very small implants (for implants, I should say) put in, they were a little on the fuller side of the B spectrum, a little smaller than I am now at a healthy weight.
The moment the bandages came off I cried. I was so happy. I was a little self-concious of them at first--but different than before. I wanted to hide them. After they dropped (after the skin healed enough and turned elastic again) I was wearing everything I could to show them off. I was proud of them.
And the funny thing is no one who I didn't tell I was getting surgery knew.
I had them in for about.. three years I think? I keep forgetting. I had them out a little over a year ago. Or was it two? I can't remember any more. I look in the mirror and I don't see any difference between then and now.

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
It is their choice to do what they want with their body.
- Would you ever do it?
99% no chance I'd ever do it. I've never even had regular surgery and I'm not a blood and cuts kind of girl... But you need to always leave 1% chance.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Um, not particularly.
The only time I like plastic surgery is when I watch people on TV get it. I like seeing how happy they are after the surgery and the recuperation. I like to think that they will have better self esteem and such because the physical flaws they once saw won't be so prominent.

You people are mad because you have big breasts? I envy you. I have an A cup (if anything), and I would totally consider getting a breast enlargement even just up to a B cup (because anything bigger would look weird on my little body). I know huge boobs do cause back problems, but would you all mind sharing some boobs with me? It would be a great alternative to plastic surgery. (゜Д゜;)

They are actually doing experiments with fat transplantation. The main thing they're doing is eye-filling (the area just below your eye should have a small pouch of fat--if you do not your eyes can appear to be black-and-blue or always have a tired appearance. Over time it can break down, but many people just never had any to begin with) but I believe they are also looking into using it for other areas as well.
I don't think it's for breasts, since breast tissue is a different kind of fat.
I want someone to give me their butt. D: I alway tell my best friend that I want half of her butt.

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
Their body and their choice. However it irritates me when it goes wrong and then the people sue. They knew what they were signing up for and the risks involved, so it shouldn't be the doctors fault.
- Would you ever do it?
Only if I needed to, like getting my face/whatever fixed after it became mangled in an accident.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
I wouldn't encourage them to, but I wouldn't go all preachy on them either.

Interestingly enough, I read a piece in my Sociology class about Asians getting surgery on their eyes because the "sleepy look" was undesirable. It was a very interesting article.
- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
I think it is rather silly. It makes women more like objects and makes them seem extremely materialistic.
- Would you ever do it?
Never

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
I think it's alright as long as they want it for the right reasons. Of course, by 'right,' I mean they need to contemplate as to whether they're truly moral decisions, etc. But ultimately, it's their body, so why not let them do as they please?
- Would you ever do it?
No, it's just not something I'd do. If you could associate getting hair implants or whatever with plastic surgery, then I guess yes. Because I have a feeling I'll bald young.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Depends. There are people who'd benefit from it, yet that would not suit their personalities. So no, I guess they're fine as who they are. :]

What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
It depends on what they're doing it for. I've seen the extreme where people become addicted to plastic surgery...and I feel sorry for them. Because they keep seeing themselves as flawed...flawed...flawed. When in reality, it's okay that they're not stick figures with long horse faces and huge eyes. They were beautiful in their own way.
Then there are people who could benefit. Breast reductions to lessen the strain on their backs. I and a few people I know have some jaw problems that could be fixed surgically not for cosmetic reasons, but because it causes unnecessary strain on the facial muscles. I've had eyelid surgery not because I had Asian eyes...but because my eyelashes would constantly scratch my eyeballs.
So...I think some people could benefit by the knife - or lasers. Others just need a little counseling...
Would you ever do it?
I've done it before like I said earlier, not to be beautiful, but to keep me from damaging my cornea.
Even though I'm not satisfied with how I look...because I look so unimpressive and plain...I really don't think getting surgery could help me look nicer. *shrugs*
Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
There's costs and there's benefits. If it could really help them...not just to sate their egoism...but actually help them live better, I'd be supportive once they know all of the risks.

I think you should consider the risks,
and if you accept them, then go right ahead.
Why would you want to feel horrible about yourself?
You should put yourself first.
I personally wouldn't get it done because I look just fine,
and make-up can make me look slightly better if I feel like it. ;3

I used to really want plastic surgery to make myself look really gorgeous but along the lines, I started thinking about my kids and I started thinking to myself, "Don't you think they'll look at you one day and ask why they don't look like you?"
Then they'll grow up and want plastic surgery even though I would think that they're perfect the way they are. I mean, if they did ever want surgery, I'd support them through it but I probably wouldn't be thrilled about it.

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
Well, I think some people realy deserve it, if they are realy unhappy with
those 5 rols of fat or big belly after 3 kids, then I can imagine that they don't
want to hold in their belly anymore.
But there are also these people who just went crazy, some thing they get
prettier but some people only get uglyer, or addicted =/ weirdness...
- Would you ever do it?
I don't realy think I would ever do it. There are a few things that I want to
change but I don't want to pay so much for that crap and I hate pain. I guess
I'll just stay the way I am.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Yes, a friend of mine has done her ears because they were standing
forward more than normal.

If I look like the rest of my family, I'll be getting a breast reduction when I'm done growing. DD's don't seem fun to live with, and my 2 aunts, mother, grandma, and I all have to hike up our boobs at random moments. Not good when we're in public, especially together.
My dad's ex girlfriend and my older cousin both have breast implants. I don't like when my cousin hugs me because her boobs are rock hard...nasty.

I have nothing against plastic surgery. Dont get why peple hate it so much  jealous maybe? It's people business and others should stop judging people D< They wantto be pretty, let them be! It's you people who always make fun of their ugliness and made them outcasts, that's why they want to be prettier. They are simply seeking happiness. "You should love the way you are" Excuse me, but that's just sap talk really. How many people would LOVE being ugly? No one. This is the twenty first century, if you hate being ugly, you can be beautiful.
But there are other issues linking with this. People look down on plastic surgery nowaday because they think it's denying who people really are, peer pressure and all those good stuff. But think about this: "If you are butt ugly, i mean butt ugly, would it seem really wrong to have plastic surgery?" People look down on plastic beauty, but putting your shoes in the insecurities of others and there is a good reason behind those actions.
Personally, i think people shouldn't give a damn about what others think about them and do whatever the heck they wish to so (legal that is). Being beautiful is pleasing to myself at least. I know i am happy, not because people like me but because i like me, i like to be baeutiful, all women do! Sometimes it has nothing to do with insecurities, but rather seeking my own content. I could be locked up somewhere for life without anyone seeing me and i would still want to be pretty. Get the idea?
But then again there are gorgeous people going around complaining about their nose and whatever the heck...It really depends on the cases, i think?

- What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
They either have had too much or too little done on them. Generally it depends on WHAT a person had done with plastic surgery. My mom has had "lipliner" and "eyeliner" tattoos done...erm...I don't think those count though. She's also had dermabrasion six years ago. I didn't go near her for a couple of weeks because her face was all scary and shiznit.
- Would you ever do it?
Heck yeah, if Digital Kakashi ever gets around to being a plastic surgeon (except...she wants to be a doctor instead) I'd hella go for it! I want liposuction done because well, I'M TOO FAT. Hell you would too if you were really short and really fat. It doesn't look right!! Yuh...if that would be my 21st birthday present, I'd go for it! People go like WTF when I say that...and then well, others just call me a fatass bitch. Seriously.
- Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
Meh...a few...but I won't really name them.

What do you think of people with plastic surgery?
Although I wouldn't deem them as bad people, I would deem some, such as models whom already have looks, as shallow people. There are also pressured people, who are scared of fitting in and sort've pushed into doing it. I feel disgusted with those whom are shallow and more sorry for those who kinda didn't seem to have a choice in the matter.
Would you ever do it?
No. I'm Asian and I'm far from beautiful, but this is the body I got and that's how its gonna stay. I've thought of it in the past, but now... No.
Would you ever want anyone else you know to do it?
No. I'd be disapointed if someone I knew closely did this.
