Well apparently there's some sort of use for him in the upcoming Halloween event, and no one really knows anything about him. They just know that he's a relative of the Von Helson sisters and what he looks like.
Really stupid if you ask me, because the whole vampire werewolf story is way overused and I don't care to get two new skins for Halloween like last year. Or whenever. It was just stupid.
