I can't remember talking about periods in front of my dad. o__o I have no brothers, either, so... yeah. Dx My boyfriend is fine with it, though... ^^; He said that he would buy me tampons or anything if I really needed it.

I guess I haven't really exposed males in my family to my periodness, then. My aunt and I did discuss childbirth in front of my uncle (her husband, father of her child that had just been born) and he got really grossed out. I was thinking "Uh yeah you were there..." xDD

My dad gets okay-- pretty comfortable sometimes, sometimes not. He usually screams (haha, it's sooooo funnyyy..) and tells me to clean up my stuff when he sees something red in the trash. (Like food, etc, bathroom stuff.) and I would just yell out, "I DON'T HAVE MY PERIOD YET!" and he would just be like, "I know that, duh."

Anyways, do you know what's suspicious? ALL boyfriends don't care about periods, but now all the old men do. Hey, come on, the men used to be like our bf's right now, so how come they're so silly and foolish about it? I don't really get it.. it's like.. they changed or something. o_o

xD My Dad must be very good.

He picked me up from school at lunch time the other day because I'd come close to blacking out and puked up at the nurse's station (my blood pressure PLUMMETS when I'm on my period, usually when the abdominal and back and thigh ouch gets too bad - I need to go back to the doctor x___x) and said he'd make me a hot water bottle when we got home (I wasn't saying much or filling him in on all the grusome details for once; I was too concerned about puking in the car >x<).

Anyway. I sent him to the Chemists to get some Feminax (turns out it's just the stuff I'm already taking, under a fancy name >x<, so I feel bad for him now). I think I've sent him in for pads before. "Just tell them they're not for you!"

xD

Then again, he does get fed up if I just curl up on the sofa and don't move all day, as is my want (too heavy on the back on the first day, though I suppose light exercise is meant to help...)... I don't know how far he can sympathise there.

THEN AGAIN, he does have four women (well, three women and one girl now) to contend with (only the dog and rabbits are boys - the cats a girly too and mostly keeps me company), and is notorious for nuzzling cuddly toys and doing puppet things with them.

Plus he's done the tea/coffee/hot chocolate EVERY MORNING for AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER.

We've trained him well. ;3

I think I need to get him a random present now.

See how emotional I am in this state? xD
