I haven't seen the Death Note movies although I might, but I doubt that they will be as good as the animes. I also really don't like the guy they cast as Light because my favorite character is Light and the actor really doesn't look the way I want Light to (yes I am picky xD)

@Tetsu: Wow I haven't gone to an anime con yet, but I know that there are ones in my area. I enjoy looking at some of the outfits people make for cons on DA sometimes.
I like watching Japanese game or comedy shows sometimes. I really got into watching the group Downtown and their show Gaki no Tsukai, it was SO funny! I also watched their Don't Laugh shows and the Silent Library game they played. It is extremely funny if you enjoy seeing people do weird and stupid stuff that sometimes hurts.

Sadly my cookies aren't home made my parents just bought it from the store in a tin. The only thing my mom makes are cakes (ooo the yummy cakes <333)
I see, I have always watched anime's and I rarely read manga's because I never buy the books. I only recently looked at a few manga pages online and rented a couple volumes of random manga from my library.
O well hopefully when you find the time to you can catch up with the series! The only reason I watch D.Gray-Man and Bleach is that I am totally up-to-date with the series so I only have to watch 1 episode of each unlike other anime's where there are a whole bunch for me to watch.

@Tetsu: Ah I see, so you had to drive pretty far to get there (I think although I live in Canada so I don't know the US map too well). I know that I had a few friends go to a con a few years ago, I just never bothered to buy a ticket myself.
Coffee is ok if I load it with a mountain of sugar, otherwise I don't like the taste too much. Cappuccino's are very yummy though <3

@Minuxe: xD oh! I flew--it's on the other side of the country from here. I live in the west and it's an eastern state, up by Canada 8D It was a 12 hour flight to get there (with many changes in planes)

@Tetsu: Ah I know that Michigan is close to Canada, but I just keep on forgetting what side Washington is on xD
A 12 hour flight in total right? It would have seriously sucked if it was 12 hours straight. I seriously hate long flights, the longest time I have been on a plane was 16 hours and it killed. I felt like I was being suffocated, there wasn't enough food and it was bad, and I didn't have enough space to sleep properly. Although the destination makes the plane flight worth it!

@M i n u x e: There's one every month in the dorms. *kicks stuff around* It's sad how lazy I am just to move. 8D

It is cool how manga's are now becoming more popular in general society and you can now see them in lots of popular bookstores and libraries! Even my school library recently started stocking the shelves with random manga's although they are old ones like DragonBall Z and Yu-Gi-Oh xP

Hehe yeah.. a couple weeks from now I'm adding red chunks. <3 I would soon but it's best to let it wait to be certain that it'll take since black is such a dark color and freshly colored it's the darkest. $13 for the chunking shall not be wasted if I could help it.

Sometimes that's the best thing to do. Some friendships just don't work out no matter how hard you try. Being hurt is never really a good thing to get used to, I should know.. two years back I just decided the group of friends I was with just didn't really care about me so I didn't see the point in trying to keep the friendships going and ended it. I think it's the smartest thing I did because in those years I got depressed very easily, and though I am still prone to depression it doesn't come as easily.

Yeah, I've had a lot of trouble with them xD; one's my ex and things have been rough for a long time. And the other I've only known a year xD; but.. some stuff has happened over the time and yeahhh, just not working out anymore. xP

Ah I see. xD Yeah, things can be rough/awkward when it comes to ex's as friends. I'm only in contact with one of my ex's after a year of not hearing from him after we broke up. Though the friendship is still only online I think it was best that there was a while after the break-up before we started talking again.

Well.. I need to head to bed no matter how much I'd like to stay up all night to chat and RP again, but school is restricting me from doing so as I now will have four hours of sleep till I have to get up. I've responded to the roleplay and will look forward to reading your response tomorrow.

@Tetsu: About what you typed earlier it is too bad that you are having friend troubles. I actually haven't dated yet and I am scared to because I know it just leads to bad things in the end. I have watched all my friends relationships turn sour and they do have trouble staying friends with their ex's. I think that is why I don't want to get into a relationship with any of my close guy friends because I know that once we split it will be hard ever being friends again.
I hope that you still have lots of other close friends though! Some relationships I have seen isolate the two people so much that in the end they only have each other as friends and when they split it is hard to become friends with everyone else they once were friends with. At least that is what I see from my point of view...
