@TK: And just think, there are actually people out there that get off on that stuff... *doesn't understand the appeal*
@Kat: Only would have been epic for you. For me, it would have been "gag"
Actually, I don't really have a problem with needles. Of course, if I did have a problem with needles, it would have been pretty silly of me to go get my tattoo.

aw, the woman on this show had a heat stroke and things are getting scary! o.o
lol, gagging is bad. I should stop laughing! XD
I want to get a tattoo someday but I don't know if I can ever get past the idea of needles.

Yeah, I'm thinking about getting a second one. But I've got other things that I've got to take care of first.
Getting a tattoo actually isn't all that bad. I've heard that it hurts more if you get one in a bony area, though (hence the reason that a lot of people who get "sleeve" tattoos don't get them on their elbows).

what would you get if you got a second one?
I hear a lot of mixed info on tattoos and piercings. some people say it hurts a lot and others say they barely felt it.

@Ultima: Some people are so disturbing. @ [email protected];
xD I could never get a tattoo...I can handle needles because of shots...but...I can't imagine handling hours of being prodded with one!
I've drawn a ton of tattoo designs since I've gone in the army though, lol.
@Kat: Guess it just depends on the person's pain tolerance. xD

@Kat: Well, I was thinking about getting a tattoo of a dragon, but I'm kinda picky about the kind of dragon styles I like. Most dragon tattoos seem to be along the lines of Chinese, serpent-like body styles. I prefer the English-style dragons, but more sleek.
@TK: Well, as you yourself just mentioned, it depends a lot on the person's pain tolerance. I tend to have a higher pain tolerance, for some reason. But, even so, about all I felt when I was getting a tattoo was something like a vibration against my upper arm.

I've designed tattoos too but not the sort I'd ever get.
ah, I love dragon tattoos. its true that most I've seen are chinese. they're easier to draw in my opinion.
maybe if someone has muscular arms, it hurts less?
I have pretty high pain tolerance but sharp pains always get me.

Here's a pic of my tattoo. Not that big and not all that extravagant, but that wasn't the point of the tattoo when I got it.
--EDIT--
Also, sorry about the crappy quality of the pic. It was taken with a cheap webcam. :XP

@TK: Actually, yes. The whole reason for getting a tiger was because that was one of the nicknames my ex-wife had given me (I was dating her and we hadn't gotten married yet at the time of getting the tattoo). The reason for the rose in it's mouth is because my ex-wife chose to get a tattoo of a rose on one of her breasts (I'm sure you're all catching where the meaning of the tattoos were at the time). :ninja:

Aw, that's cute. xD
I know one of my friends here has black angel wings on his back....and his fiancee has white angel wings on hers. xD Then there's this medic who has a blue dragon on his arm and his wife has a red one. *thinks it's kind of cute when couples match*

yes, that's why they invented tattoo removal. lots of people make the mistake of getting names tattooed on themselves.

True. But last I heard, that involved using lasers to burn/melt the skin over to "cover up" the tattoo, or cutting it out altogether and getting a skin graph... :XP

@TK: Good, I'm glad you liked them. It took me a while and a bit of headdesking to come up with that post in Agency. I had fun with the post in the space pirate RP, though. :XD Poor Catalina. I'll bet she's thinking "Oh, shit! Now what??"
@Kat: Yeah, but is it worth all the money, pain, and scarring involved? All things considered, maybe it'd be easier to just get another tattoo to cover it up or something.

that's true. if it was something that could be covered up, then that would be easier.
