Xeno, if you have a program that can capture colors and hex codes for you, that can help. I think there's a program called Color Pixie you can download if you have a PC. If you have a Mac, you can use the digital color meter. Which is what I've been using lately.

Oh! Or a lower-tech way to do it might be taking screengrabs and then finding the colors in MS Paint. :)
