*blinks* You guys put out multiple ideas, which one was the winner?? I kinda like the renegades revolution against the government idea, but also the desert land and ruins world where people have to live in bubbles or in small cities or areas that werent' completely destroyed to survive but then maybe if the whole planet was decimated they could go on a spaceship to try and find a new place and land on a strange stange planet and try to create a bubble or just some sort of city/society there thing... am I helping? XD

It was a slice of bread.....banana nut I think. It was sealed in the plastic wrapping and I did look it over before opening and it looked fine.....plus it was sealed. So I open it and put my nose up to it to sniff.....the way you do to see if something smells fresh or good. I was greeted with the most pugnant smell.....it was AWFUL. I started coughing. I was shocked....so I took a closed look and found mold all over the bottom of the bread. :shock: I had directly inhaled it......definately. Not good.....that happened to my mom once......she had to have several sinus surgeries due to the problems it caused. ^^;

@Brokenhearted: This may sound really disgusting but if you are worried about your nose you should do a saline solution rinse. It is basically using specialty or sea salt inclusive warm water and squirting it up your nostrils to clean them out. The salt is supposed to help pull out the toxins.

I have read online that some people don't buy the special bottles and sea salt and all that to do it with. They just make their own solution out of some table salt sprinkled into warm distilled water, then take a teaspoon and sniff a teaspoon full up each nostril, one at a time. You hold it there for a few seconds then let it drain. Do it a few times in both nostril then bow your nose hard. You should get some crap out of there and help your health.

No I've heard of it before....it's common among yoga practicioners ^^; But I've tried it before and it just doesn't work with me. :( I can't do it without nearly drowning myself.......ummmmm I can't swim either. I have very poor control over that area. ^^;

I think I'll just keep blowing my nose and taking airbourne. :o

Well drink lots too! Umm.. bubbly stuff so the bubbles go up your nose! XD And get lots of sleep and drink chicken noodle soup and.. um.. other healthy stuff!
