Oh, watching the shows probably wasn't the best idea, they did wake me up, but in a way, watching them was meant to make me laugh, which they did, so that's a plus. And cool! I'm almost at the end of Season 4 of Bones. *thumbs up* I couldn't get myself into House. :XD

And it does seem to help a bit to talk about them. I should look into seeing if there is some sort of counseling service here at school. I guess I could always just go and talk to my RA, for someone to talk to, if I needed to. Or my roommate. In a way, I've been ignoring them. Thinking they'll go away, but that approach doesn't seem to be working. xD

Yeah, I do need to look into that. I'll see if I can find someone to talk to on Tuesday, when things on campus open back up. And no, not currently. I'm trying to finish my degree, which is being rather annoying and taking longer than anticipated, before moving to be with him. Or at least that's the plan as of right now. xD

Hm, I know my campus had a 24 hour hotline where anyone who wanted someone to talk to could talk to someone about anyone. I thought about volunteering there for awhile, but I was taking too many classes to do it. ^^

As long as you finish it! I know people who were really close...got tired of doing it and just left before completing it. >_>;;

Oh, I definately plan on it. I'm really hoping that I'll be able to put my degree, once I get it. xD to use once I move. I want to be an ASL translator/interpreter and from what I hear there are tons of interpreter jobs available everywhere. It's going to be hard, but I know I can do this. ^-^

My finace keeps on telling me to get my degree, don't give up and we can wait to get married if I feel like I want to get my degree first, he's my number one supporter. <3 Expecially since I decided to switch majors and go for the Deaf Studies degree, well, that's what I'm going for now before transferring to get my degree in interpretation.

Yeah, I love him so much for all the love and support he shows me. I do my best to support him back as best I can. Equine Studies for thee terms, but for me it was becoming all work and no fun, and I didn't want it to ruin riding for me, so I changed majors and moved closer to home.

Well, that's a good question, to be honest, I'm not really sure what it was that got me into it at first. I've always had problems with noise growing up. It stresses me out, so I've always been drawn to other ways of communication that don't deal with verbally talking. And I do love to help the community - I want to work with hearing impaired kids. I took a sign class back in high school and fell in love with it, but never really considered it as a career choice. And when I found out about the program at the school I'm at now, I just felt like this is totally where I'm meant to be. Not quite sure if that's what you meant or not.

I know deployments are different from when my dad went...but just a thought for when he deploys? For the ones who are deployed, hearing from those back home, even if it's a card or a short letter helps! With the time zone differences and limited access/availability to phones and the internet, at least a little reminder that you're still thinking about him is nice. ^^

I know...some of the things I really wanted to do...out of fear...I didn't pursue them. :( I've grown from where I was years ago...but I'm still a coward. =_=;;

Yeah, it's wonderful. I just wish that my family knew more sign, as it would be nice to be able to sign to them and have them understand what I'm saying but I'll teach them, a bit at a time. So yeah, that's my goal for now. I love horses, children and sign, but I'm wondering if I'll have to take a bunch of Psych classes (doesn't like Psych it confuses her). I'll have to look into that angle.

Yeah, I'm that way sometimes as well. I like to stay in my comfort zone, but sometimes I have to leave it.... hate it but it's a necessity sometimes. My fiance has been a huge help with getting me to step outside that comfort zone. He's the more adventurous one of the two of us, and he's helped me expand my 'bubble' so to speak. Still no where near him with his need to be spontaneous and such, but I'm working on it. :P

@Hope: ^^ It's funny because the appointment clerks don't want to make us an appointment. They want us to just go straight to the provider. But the providers actually hate that. xD

xD I love psychology so much I majored in it. 8D It would suggest taking a child psychology course, even if it's not required. Just to get an idea of how children develop mentally as they age.

I'm so scared of failure. xD I didn't go for art, despite pretty much growing up with plans to. Then when I went for psychology, I didn't pursue medical school as aggressively as I should have. I knew my family and I couldn't afford it....and I was scared of getting declined. @[email protected] Then I joined the military, because I KNEW they would take me. xD *shakes head* Nowadays, I'm gradually putting myself out there, but not on what I absolutely love.

no way! I'm at least a third done though. it isn't due till thursday.

well I have to make 3 sculptures from hollow shapes. I have two that are nearly complete. they basically just need the coils that I'm going to add around the sphere shape. I have one more that I have started on yet.

They're just shapes, or do you get to make them into things? xD

projects tend to be entirely up to what we want to do. the project is to make 3 hallow spheres with 3 'appendages' to each one. I'm basically just decorating my spheres with half spheres and coils. ehehe, art is hard to describe with words....

Sounds like fun...annoyed me in high school art classes where you had to all do the same thing. >_>;; I did my own thing anyways! *is a rebel when I can get away with it* ;D

I dunno, I like having some direction sometimes. in some of my high school art classes, we had almost no limits. of course the few limits we had excluded drawing random anime characters. ^_^

*laughs* Wow. My teacher didn't care if I drew anime characters...I just felt awkward doing it, because I was hiding my interest in anime. xD
