a dark halo on gaia xD (when it was 45k) and I have been

@KitKat: I suppose I should feel lucky I'm not trying for anything super expensive right now. I'm trying to buy up other stuff before they get to be the same high prices. Lol.

I hate it when two or more different streets have the same name but end differently. I get so confused! Like having a Peachtree Road and a Peachtree Lane. >__> We have two streets near me that are called Eighty-sixth Street and Eighty-sixth Avenue. You gotta make sure you turn onto the right one!

Well you go have a lot saved up, so you have a good running in the auction! Buying it at auction too close to the normal price is just silly I think, because if you have that much to spend (twenty thousand or so gold) then you should let others who have less auction for it and go buy one normally. That's how I think anyway, so I hope someone gets it for around the gold you have. ^__^

Ew, you poor thing -- our school likes to bombard us with tests and quizzes like that all week, too. It's like we HARDLY EVER get a rest. I'm juts thankful for this two week break I got. :3

The reason I'm not going is that it was nearly 3,000 bucks for just one person to go. D: That doesn't include the cost of food and stuff. Just plane tickets / train tickets and hotels. And I've heard the food is expensive. We're saving up for college this fall anyway, so I wasn't going to be wasting money on a week trip when I have college to attend for four years. ^^;

@Kitkat: YES, the flat rate now I think is 2,000 gold each. :o That's what the price guide in the exchange says, anyway. I'm just happy I bought them for 600 gold during October when they were the current CI.

@Rampartte: Actually, I brought my own little chair to squeeze into the crevice over here. *Plops down in it* :3

That's exactly how our streets are -- Peachtree Boulevard, North Peachtree Trace, Peachtree Music (a store), Peachtree City. . . it's so OLD! D:

I also feel the same way about the auctions. It's meant to DEFLATE, not be a place you can buy an item at that's rare for the normal price of the exchange. We've had problems with that the past few auctions, I think Aeris and Zweres have had to take action. This will be my fourth attempt at the Hairpin, I think, and in the past, I haven't had enough gold to keep up with the race, so hopefully this time I'll be in good condition. ^^;

@Kitkat: I don't know of anyone selling any, and I'm not selling one. I'm lucky to have gotten a commission from someone who wants a fullbody -- she's paying me in a set of this month's CIs and a set from next month.

All I can say is just check the exchange AVIDLY. Threads pop up and people buy them for 500 gold or so like hotcakes. They go really quickly.

@Nessah: I am good, being a putterer today! XD Wah, I want to go to Europe too, or someplace far away that would be fun to travel too, but it's sooooo expensive!

@KitKat: Everything just inflated in Mr. Mayor's price guide, like just a few days ago. That's why I had to buy the astral halo ASAP before it went up again! XD I want to get a few of the other cheaper collectibles too while I am at it, common clothing will have to wait again!

And nope I don't, sorry! But I'm pretty sure there are pieces being sold around the exchange. ^__^

@Windy: Ooooo.. a chair in a crevice, I haven't thought of that! Usually when I get tired I just crawl under the couch to nap, that is where I live. :p

It's annoying for people who are visiting or touristing, because you can't figure out where you are supposed to go! Poor poor tourists of Georgia. Hee hee hee... you'll have to sit and eat peaches and be lost.

Well you have more this time right, so you'll probably do just fine! I finally bought my astral halo, so I'm happy! XD I just have to wait for the guy selling it to me to come back on and hit accept trade on his end. Hee hee hee. Now I think I might pursue the kitty ears, only because I know I'll want them down the road but if I wait too long they'll double in price again!

3000 dollars to go? Wow! That's pretty expensive. I would probably not go as well if it were my school. First, I don't have that much in my bank, and second my mom probably won't let me because unfortunately she still treats me like a 10 year old. XP May I ask where in Europe they will be visiting?

@Nessah: Airplace tickets to Europe alone cost like a thousand dollars. ;_; They make it very hard to visit there cheap! I really wanted to go sometime, but I never have the time or the money. *le sigh at bills* If only life would give me more free things so I could save up money! XD

@Rampartte: Yes, they'll sit and eat fuzz all day long! XD I was born and raised in Georgia -- only moved once, and that was two miles down the road. My mom's lived here her whole life, too, except she went up north a bit to the University of Georgia to go to college. That'll be me this fall. :D But at any rate, I'm a Georgia girl, but I HATE peaches. They're too saccharine and sickeningly sweet. >< Some people down here eat the whole thing, fuzz and all, then just spit out the pits. D:

We don't have that many tourists around here -- if you go up twenty miles or so to Downtown Atlanta, THAT'S where the tourists are. Huge place for such a small and relative location. We get a lot of traffic going in and out through our airport though. People from all over the world!

Yaaaay! The Astral Halos have actually shot up a lot more than I expected them to. And yes, go for the Yumeh Ears and Tail because they're already growing more scarce and are on the rise. I'm so lucky I was here for the Halloween event to get one. @[email protected] They're not so expensive at the moment, though, so you should be in a good position. :D

@Nesseh: I definitely deserved this break! Too many AP and honours classes to juggle -- they still gave us homework over the break. DDD: I'm sad about that. I also have to work on MANY commissions and finish this federal aid application for college that's due NEXT SATURDAY. D: I'm stressed on my break -- bah!

My school is a private Christian school and they're called the "Chargers" for a reason. They LOVE to charge you excessively for EVERYTHING. I really think it's a ripoff. I've known people to go to Italy for a fortnight and it's only cost them maybe two grand. Nothing else.

They're going to London, Paris, and Normandy, though. I told them to have fun getting accustomed to the. . . dirtier lifestyle. A group of Christian school kids walking into London and seeing blatant nudity on the billboards. I've seen it plenty of times -- they won't know what hit them. I'm going to laugh when that happens, too. XD;

@Windy: Mm.. I love peaches, but that is probably because I don't see them or eat them very often. Heh heh. I don't like the fuzz though, I try to wash and scrub it off, or just give up and peel the silly thing!

You probably get a lot of airplane traffic because the smaller airports always have the cheaper prices, and they aren't that far away from the city people want to visit. Though with the inflation of gas prices I wonder if the price difference is really worth having to rent a car and drive back the rest of the way. :p

I gotta buy the yumeh kitty ears and tail AND the pretty blue winter's flight wings. @[email protected] I think those will be my next two goals to go for! If I can find someone selling them both cheap I might just go ahead and buy them today. XD But I'll wait, I'm too tired to try and hunt my way through the exchange at the moment. That takes a lot of stamina and work.

@Rampartte: I'm a big fruit fanatic, but I won't touch peaches, bananas, cantaloupe, or honeydew. People in Georgia find the not eating peaches quite blasphemous. XD

Yeah, but Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is probably one of the largest airports in the United States, not to mention the world. It takes up the majority of the county, no lie. And Atlanta's like the bi-way that people stop at before they get on another flight, especially people from the opposite side of the Atlantic.

Yes, the Winter's Flight is gorgeous. ^__^ When did you join the site? Just recently? If there's one thing I've learned from being absent for a few months from Menewsha back in September when school started. . . it's that you need to get the CIs the month they come out, because they will rise like crazy. I feel so horrible being gone during September because now the Oriental Fan and Pudao of Time are way out of my reach. DDD:
