@Tori: A pill a day. If you miss one and you're aiming for not getting pregnant, you're most likely to get suddenly pregnant. As for just keeping the cycle on the down low, if you miss one, you could bleed like crazy the night of the one you missed. XD; So yeah, you have to be pretty religious about taking them.
