Oh, you guys are doing a Staff bid? We had something similar on my other site. It was called Staff Auctions, and we held them every carnival. I ran it for two years in a row. It was hilarious fun.

You can have everyone doodle something on a jpg/png file and then compile it all on photoshop or something. :3
