There's school...It alone could give me an ulcer...

Family coming...One of them I'm particularly NOT fond of. Anyone who treats my mom the way she does is unwelcome in my book, but for some reason she's coming anyways. I don't know if I can put up with her snide comments for like two weeks.

This one's just whiny...but it's on my mind. General bits of jealousy. I want to be smarter. I want to have a job waiting for me when I graduate. (Not just loans to repay...looks like I might just end up joining the military once I graduate, haha...) I want my parents not upset with me. I want a boyfriend. I want to be a better artist. Wah wah wah. xD

@Tori: A boyfriend eh? I could help there. XD I kid, I kid.

Ok for starters....how much school do you have left? Can you decrease your work load a little? You probably have plenty of time to get a job before you graduate.

Art and smarts can be improved through practice. But we have discussed how being an artist can make you neurotic. It's part of being an artist.

The nasty relative...well you need to put that one into perspective. She clearly treats your mother badly because she is jealous of something your mother has. There is an area of her life that is lacking. All things come down to love or fear. Jealousy is based out of fear. So don't hate her, pity her.

The boyfriend will come in due time, but to get a boyfriend you have to go where the boys are. You have to be proactive and confident. You can do it!

Why are your parents mad at you? Are you sure they are?

Now can you come up with about 35 bucks?

Aww, Tori, I know how stress can make you sick. I suffer from the same problem. The best thing that you can do is to get to bed earlier, take a nap in the middle of the day if you have to. If it's too much on your plate study-wise, just keep your increments down to 30 minutes at a time, then take a break. You not only retain information better, but you're less stressed because you have breaks in between.

I don't know what else to tell you, hon. . . just know that eventually it'll all subside and be over.
