I live on Gabriola Island, situated between Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Most of the gulf islands around here have deer.

Narim - Thank you. I am sorry to. He did not live a long life. he died at the age of 11. most dogs will live longer than that. I miss a lot, but I know where he is now he is not suffering anymore.

Aww. ): 11 isn't TOO bad. I'm not actually sure how long dogs usually live though. People say all sorts of things. I hear stuff from like 10-12 a lot, but I've never had a dog live that short before.
None of my dogs when I was a kid died before though. My Brittany Spaniel was stolen and my Rottweiler got gave away. ): I'm still pretty upset about that.

Yeah. Losing something you love is never easy. Especially when it's before their time should be up.
Yeah. It's kind of worse than having them die. >.< I mean, my dad gave the dog away and it was NOT HIS. He didn't pay for it or anything. >.< It was MINE. I'm still really mad about it. Also, he was the best pet I ever had, so I miss him a lot. .__. My dad got rid of my cat too. He just abandonded her at a farm where a crazy guy lived. He's not going to take care of her, and she'll either die of being an outside cat or maybe being killed by the lunatic. >.<
At least when they die you know they're dead and you don't have to wonder about it all the time. It's really frustrating.

No, it is not easy. The day we put page to sleep I cried so hard, I dont think I have ever felt so sad and cried so much. I wanted to die thats how sad I was. Yes it is never easy to loose something you love so much.
Aww, I am so sorry that you had to go through all of that. I know that must have been hard. I am so sorry that you had to go through that. I dont think that is fair. :(

I've not had to put a pet to sleep yet, and I really don't want to. >.< We have a large black lab and she's stating to get old and she can't move around as well. She'll probably get arthritus pretty bad and have to be put to sleep someday. .__.; I really don't look forward to that.
No, it's really not. I was mad at my dad for a really long time, but I'm not so much anymore. He's just stupid and doesn't think much of animals. It's not really his fault, his dad was even worse, so that's what he was taught. It still doesn't really make it okay or anything, but I'm not mad anymore, so that's good.
But I think I may have to move out soon and I won't get to live with my pets anymore. ): It makes me so sad to think about. I might be able to take the fish and snails though.

Page was the first page I was there when they put him to sleep. It is not a nice thing to see. I was crying so hard. After he was dead, I did not want to let go of his body. I just love him so much.
Yeah, the best thing would be to move out and take you pets with you so you can never loose one again. Hopefully you can take them all.
I need to go now. It has been nice talking to you. I will be back later. :)

That's so sad. ): My gramma had to put her wolfdog to sleep on Christmas eve. I was very small and don't really remember it, but she was very, very sad.
Oh. I already don't live with my dad. But the place I will be going, if I do go, I will be lucky if I can even take the fish and snails. .__.
Oh, okay.
It was nice talking to you too. ^^
Hopefully I will see you again sometime!

Ahhh. You guys taking make me miss my third dog terribly bad. T_T We got him when he was... 8 ish? He had been a city dog, and was very fond of jumping up onto counters to steal food. Seriously, the whole time we had him, he acted like he was never fed (we over fed him at first because of it). But anyways. We got him as an adult dog that would jump on counters and growl at us over his food, and we couldn't touch his head.
I think he stayed with us either two or three or four years... but he was SUCH a sweetheart once we got him retrained! <3 We got him to stop jumping on counters for food, mostly to stop growling when we went near his food ( I think he still did it for my little brother, but that was kind of expected). He was really a people dog, so if you went into a different room he would follow you into the other room... But he was mostly my mom's dog (she was the only one in the house that never wanted him, haha) so when she came home, he would stand by the door and bark at her and then follow her around the house, barking in excitement. So cute!

that's a picture of him that I used as a bump. xD
Yeah. I miss him. T_T

I was at my aunt's house, and they have a parrot who sits in his cage and screeches "apple" or "mama" at the top of his lungs x.x
His favourite time is in the middle of the night too ._.

Steve: The parrot was cool at first, but he never says what I want him to say nor does he ever shut up. And it's ok. Flyff was pretty fun :3
jelly: Aww, that's cool. My aunt's bird is learning how to say their dog's name o.O It's pretty weird, since he'll go "Rai-Rai!" while the dog walks past (the dog's name is Riley).
