• It does, for the users and Mods. That way if there isn't a mod online it's still there for the first mod to get on to see.. that way people don't have to guess which mod to report it to if all are offline.

• Other mods recommend users when new mods are needed and we debate over people in a sense. ^^ I am the lucky one who was recommended by Josh himself. :D
  
  Yeah, where you see in your side bar 'write a report' I see 'no new reports' or if there is a report it would say '1 new reports' bad grammar but that's how it is :lol: and when I click it shows a list per category: reported posts, topic, user. ^^

• Cyrus - Yeah you could decline the invite whenever you want.. us mods can quit whenever we want as well.
  
  It does take away a little of your usual activities.. but with the more mods the less amount of work you have to do and Mene has been a good for a while.. I've had nothing to do in the past while.. to the point of boredom. Tis why I'm here so often. <3

• Yeah I know.. but it makes me suspicious of what's actually going on behind the scenes.. all of the mods haven't found anything big since the last troll... all of us have been lagging in the work because there's nothing other than the small repeat topic.

• The troll was a while ago.. she started just posting/spamming random topics creating topics and as the mods kept locking/deleting her posts/topics he began posting porn.

  Troll don't start off as regular users hun, though they may be a good user on a different account looking for attention on a mule but they create an account to spam with whatever is necessary this last troll even added me on MSN >.>

Depends on what they mean by immature. Do they mean immature as in they'll throw a temper tantrum is someone breaks a rule, or immature by young?

Flink thinks she's older than most of the mods on this site... Then again Flink's older than most people she knows on the internet. It's amusing. So the thing about immature being age can't mean all that much. Especially since Flink thinks most of the current mods are a bit young as well? o.O
