Oh, well, it's a movie rental thing...
You can rent as many movies as you want a month, and you only have to pay a fixed amount...
I forgot how much it was, I'll have to ask...
But IF say, it was three cents ( which it's not xD ), I can rent 800 movies, and it'll still be just three cents. I still have to pay three cents if I only rented one movie. So you can really use this to your advantage if you rent a ton of movies.
