Hahaa! Well, it's for an online class, so it's not as easy to say "I was visiting my grandmother in the hospital" (which I was actually doing last week when I missed class. I don't think my teacher believed me though.

I decided to help my friend with his website anyways because i want it to start making money so he can pay me back the money he owes me!

padfootsy-why wouldnt your teacher believe you and what happened to her? my grandmother was in the hopsital *its a long drive to where shelives but for some reason she was in a hospital near my house o.O* beause she fell down the stairs and broke her foot but i was too scared to visit O_o

My grandmother had 4 bone spurs on her spine that were pressing on her nerves (causing extreme pain) and she got them removed. She had vertebrae fused together, and one of her discs was replaced.

His website isn't launched yet, but it's going to be for small independent bands, venues, and small labels. It's revolutionary for what it is. As of now, there is no easily accessible list of every venue in the US. He's making one. I'm going though and finding venues and adding them right now. It's going to take forever. He also wants to add a program where bands put what states they want to tour in, and what genre of music they play, and then the program will tell them what venues they should play at and give them the best route. There's also forums and stuff, and a venue rating system. It's called got scene. But like I said, it hasn't been launched yet.


Edit: because "I was visiting my grandma in the hospital" is like the #1 fake excuse used to get out of school in college.

Yeah, she is really brave! She should be out of the hospital in a few days. It ws scary seeing her, but I'm glad I went.

Well, he's in a band, and he knows tons of people, so he's going to tell all of them. Plus, he designs the cover of NoCover Magazine (as of next month), and does their website, so he's planning on advertising there.
