AIM as a short range of font colors, and my friend's version freezes up on her whenever she gets mass-IM'd. xD

I use Trillian for all of my messengers. =P
It's really convenient, but you don't get the knack the individual messengers provide.
( for example, Yahoo's messenger skins, etc. )

my cousins in vietnam uses yahoo mostly
