My brother tried teaching me once.
I don't know.
He told me to pick something, so I picked a pencil.
He wrote all this stuff about pencils, then named the poem France.

Just as I said last night, anyone can write poetry. Poetry doesn't have to rhyme or even look like a poem. The only requirement for poetry is that it comes from the heart. The thing your brother did, was most likely just rhyming or blabbing on and making it look like a poem.


Oh, the exception is Donna, because she apparently doesn't have a heart. XD
