"Asylum!" Flonne hissed falling in front of Abel.
"Where do you think she is, we've got to tell Laharl! Everyone's got to be put on alert!" She grabbed his...shoulders..and shook him firmly.
"We can't leave them in the dark like this...this battle is too important for everyone."

Abel sighed. "Because I'm not sure enough to have a right to say anything yet."
He shuddered a little at the thought. What Demitri had said earlier was bugging him greatly. "I think she's on the ship. But I don't want to say something and it end up not being her. Do you see what I mean? If I was wrong, it'd have bad results..."

Flonne nodded solemly..and picked him up.
"Then I guess we're going to have to find out aren't we? We can do a little snooping...and find out for sure what's going on."

Abel looked startled. Flonne was willing to help him with something so dangerous?
"Miss Flonne, please, I don't want for you to get hurt. If she finds out we know, there's no telling what she'll do... You have a long life ahead of you. I've lived mine; I was atleast thirty before I got killed by her..."

With a determined little frown she clamped his beak shut.
"I'm not going to get hurt helping you with this. She looked up to the sky.
"Besides...wouldn't you want to stay alive until the Red Moon?" She smiled.
"We'll be alright, she wouldn't dare do anything to us if we found out without revealing herself to Anna and Laharl."

Abel sighed. He did'nt guess he was given the option to disagree, so he simply nodded.
Asylum was far more violent than she understood, though, it seemed... he could only hope for the best.
He pulled his beak back, glaring. "If I tell you who I think she is, you must PROMISE ME not to tell a soul about it."

Flonne agreed and set Able back on the deck.
"I won't tell anyone...besides, like you said, we've no proof right now."

He hushed his tone a bit, after he looked nervous for a moment, afraid to say anything. "Have you seen that orange haired girl lurking around? She is a crew member but she barely talks to anyone, and also, she's not scared of any of the spiders on the ship. To be honest I've seen her carrying them around quite often. I hadn't even thought of it until Demitri gave me a hint earlier. He'd mentioned there's been a strange increase in spiders on the ship, even when we're out on the middle of the ocean."

Flonne nodded.
"Now that you mention it....we have been seeing a lot more spiders around haven't we....Are you saying that, that girl is Asylum?"

"I'm saying that I think so.", responded Abel. "But I don't know. Demitri... knows exactly who Asylum is, though, but he won't say anything directly. I think that might be why he asks you so many questions, is that he's trying to get you to see who she is. He's got an odd approach to doing things... but he's trying to help either way."

Flonne sighed and nodded. Dimitri certainly was an odd one...no matter which way you looked at it. She crossed her arms..a very Laharl-like pose and looked down at Abel.
"Well then, how do we prove it? Or disprove it? either way we've got to know."

Abel sighed, looking discouraged. "That's just it, I'm not sure. About all I can think to do is watch and hope she does something that'll confirm my beliefs."
Anna in the meantime had suddenly kneeled down on deck, digging through her pockets and pulling out a hunk of charcoal.
Why? She soon began scribbling on the planks. It'd wash off, anyway, and she did'nt have any paper at the moment... that and she was bored.

"That's the only thing we can do...so...who's going to risk it first?"
Laharl, who had plunked down on a crate after his shoulder began to bother him, looked over bored at Anna.
"What's that for?" He quirked an eyebrow and hunkered down on his seat.

Abel hopped down from the railing... and fell down, still not doing well with his legs.
He pushed himself back up, sighing. "I should, unless you want to. I brought it up, anyway."
Anna shrugged. "Nothing. I'm bored."
She glanced over at him, pulling another chunk of charcoal from her pocket. "You wanna try? You can draw or something on the planks. It'll wash off, so..."

Flonne shook her head.
"No..you can hardly walk the way you are now...you'd never be able to run if she found you out...I'll do it."
"Bored? So you draw?" He hopped down and looked over her shoulder. He slowly took the peice of charcoal and looked at her suspiciously.
"I'm not going to get hit for this in the end am I?" Anna had a tendency to wail on anything that defaced her ship. He squatted beside her and scribbled around to make a slightly squiggly drawing of Etna...with horns and a devil tail...well...a more pointed one than she already had.

Abel stared. "Flonne, I really don't want for you to risk getting hurt. You've been my best friend lately, but... if you insist on doing this, then all I can ask is please be very, very careful."
Anna nodded. "Do it all you'd like, it'll wash off as soon as water hits it. I do it alot when I don't have anything else to do."
She had, so far, been scribbling a young man with long hair. Of course no colors could be told but he wore a pirate-esque garb.
As Anna drew, she looked a bit irritated. "Martha fusses at me for it, though, but only because she says I'm goofing off or something. She's so grumpy..."

Flonne nodded.
"Thank you...I'll be very careful." She waved and hopped off unsure of how she was going to start..
Laharl snickered.
"She's always grumpy...I don't think it's just you." Laharl had another squiggle that read 'Flonne: Love Freak' and he started on one that really didn't look like much...just an odd looking demon with a huge sword over his back and a long scarf. He pursed his lips and worte above it so that everyone would know...at least until water washed his masterpeice away:
'Laharl: Godly Overlord!' He chuckled.

Anna blinked, scribbling down the name 'Abel' next to her picture.
"Drawing on the deck again, huh?", spoke up Martha, who'd stepped out.
Anna looked vaguely frightened, not wanting to know what she'd say... but to her surprise, rather than rip on her... she ripped on Laharl.
Martha walked up to him, looking down at the drawing, before a snicker crossed her face. "Wow, it's small... just like you."
'Fifteen', as the orange haired girl was so dubbed, watched from a bit of a distance, not being able to help but snicker at Martha's comment. Martha definetly kept everyone... erm, 'in line'. As in, picked on everyone all the time.

"Ha. ha...that was so funny I forgot to laugh." Laharl stuck his tounge out and looked down at his scribble...pausing a moment to draw a line with two arrows on the end with '7 foot tall' written inbetween them.
Flonne poked her head out above the deck..she'd mauvered around to where she could watch the entire section at once...she saw Laharl..Anna and Miss Martha...but...where was...ah. She spotted the orange haired girl just a little ways off from the others. She ducked down and kept her eye on her...so this was the girl that Abel thought to be Asylum...she looked innocent enough...but just like Laharl and Anna who seemed to be irritable all the time...apperances were decieveing.

Martha sighed. "Seven? You're kidding, right? More like two..."
Anna laughed some more, before calming down... a little... "Oh, he's not... THAT... short..."
She glanced off to the side. "He's still pretty short, though..."
Martha gave a nod. "Exactly."
As for the orange haired girl, she did'nt guess Flonne knew she'd seen her; the blonde's ninja skills weren't that great. She decided not to do anything and play it dumb, though. Maybe she could figure out what she was up to, and why she was watching.
With that, she hopped down to the door leading into the cabin, and went back inside. Maybe the angel would follow.

Laharl glared at them each in turn.
"And just when I was starting to like you..."
Flonne all the while was crouched down, looking over the deck keeping her eye on the orange haired girl. She wasn't doing much but when she headed inside, Flonne smiled, she hopped down and followed.

Anna waved her hands nervously, grinning widely, but nervously. "I was just kidding! Geez, chill..."
Martha shrugged, plopping down on the deck beside Anna. "Eh, you'll grow, anyway... some..."
Anna snickered, glancing away. "Exactly..."
The orange haired girl took sharp turn off into her bedroom, and quickly, as if to try to get Flonne to lose track of her. What a pain. Why was someone tailing her, now, of all times? And especially, that angel...

Laharl blinked..then smiled.
"You really think!?" He ground his arm against his side and grinned.
"That's perfect!" No more grabbing that blasted stepping stool!!
Flonne waited...and watched..Larharl had told her once before that she didn't make a very good assassin..or Ninja for that matter...so she walked just far enough behind to keep the orange hair in sight, but nothing more...that was until she lost her around a corner...Flonne didn't know that it lead right to her bedroom..the only one that she'd memorized was Anna's. So in a panic, she raced to catch up.

Martha and Anna both laughed, watching Laharl.
Martha gave a nod, grinning. "Well, duh. After all, you're still a kid, right? Of course you'll get taller."
"You'd just better not get taller than me.", Anna said, nodding and crossing her arms. Oh, no, she could'nt allow for that.
The girl quickly reached out, grabbing Flonne by the arm and glaring. She glared harshly, irritated with the goofy angel chasing her around all over the place, even if it hadn't been for that long.
"What do you want? If you need something, come up and ask me, don't just chase me around like some doofus ninja."

Laharl grinned rocking onto his knees.
"Ha! Then you'd better catch up to me Anna! I don't waste time fighting anyone that isn't worth my time and if we're going to settle things once I come back, you'd better be tall and STRONG!" He extended a fist to her his fighting spirit akin to hers.
Flonne nearly panicked, she backed away slowly, stammering out her apology.
"I'm..I'm sorry, but I really didn't mean..to..to follow you...I was...I was just practicing..." Great...this would end well.
"I-I can't practice on Laharl, or Etna else they're going to find me out before I get any sneaking done..I can't do it to Anna, she's with Laharl...but with you being a Human, I thought that I could get some practice in without being discovered too soon...I'm sorry.."
