some guys in my class (they are Turks) are always saying that our teachers are nazis, couse they get bad marks
and i can't stand that
i really hate it when foreigners say someone is a nazi only because they have no idea of what the teachers wants in class tests
and the ones who stand on the street and say "I am a Nazi" often don't know the meaning too

I can't stand that Turkish Wana-be Gangsters anymore. They have nothing but a hot, odd smelling gas in there heads instead of a brain. Counts for all of them I meet, and I met enough. I am against the Wanna-be Gangster Foreigners, those that call everyone a nazi. Those are the ones that drop the Image of foreigners and Saddly, I meet less nice forgeiner young people. Okay I meet some very nice russians.
I am hanging out with mature, intelligent People a lot. And with Punks and even people from Anti-Fa. People that are active against Nazis.
Sadly, the other extrem is as bad as the Nazis. Some Anti-Fa people are realy stupid and rasistic too!

The Opposite are the Anti-Fashists, the "Left" people. Many punks are, but not all are. Enough are unpolitical, or slight left, they have still enough intelligence to be not as worse as the others.
Like not all Anti-Fa people are punks. ENough of them dislike punks.
Punks are a lot diffrent and so splitted even in that group that I be carefull. you may add an adjective so you can seperate which ones you mean.
For example I hate Chaos Punks, which only think of drinking, more drinking, more drugs and pogo.
But I like intelligent slight politikal punks.

Second ones is what I call Wanna-be Punk. And yes, I can't stand that too. but thats because concerns make such a thing look cool and mordern, like Rock once was and punk too. so those people will appear and disaper from time to time.
I'd say the first ones are beggers in generaly. Because not only Punks beg. To be a Punk you don't need to beg.
Beggers can be annoying, it just depends on the way I act. I have seen beggers that were realy nice and some that acted the way you described.
I haven't seen the ones you are talking about, whether they are punk or just homeless.
But begging is, again nothing, that belongs to punk in general, I my opinion of course. You are free to think whatever you want ^-^
