let's see... he's chatty in my class, and doesn't put effort in his homework (i.e. turn in papers that have less than half the work done), and his test grades are low cuz he has no idea what he's doing cuz he's goofing off during class time instead of asking me questions...
so yeah... ^^; i don't think megami's like that... but i'm definitely sure i'm keeping some people off honor roll... XD

That sounds like me in high school lol.....but then again, I'm boarderline ADD. And no one told me I had to work extra hard to combat such a set back. I just let my attention wander because I didn't know it was. Also....that question sounds like he doesn't get much approval anywhere and is probably seeking it from you. I remember the first time a teacher told me I had amazing potential....I stared at him in shock. Because my parents constantly put me down every single night at home...

you never know... i hear i lot of complaints from some students about certain teachers... but then when i talk to them i see all these other students coming by and greeting them... so it sometimes depends on the students and the particular subject/class they're teaching... ^^;
for example, if your class was her least fave class, she probably treats you guys totally differently than her other classes...
i mean i'm definitely nicer to certain classes than others... but not cuz i intended to be mean... but more like the ones i'm "nice" to behaves automatically... so i don't have to be strict. while the other ones, they won't behave unless i'm strict... so yeah... the situation always depends on how things are set up... ^^;

• Our class was her favorite actually, we don't talk much, since we only have her the sleepy, 1st period. So she thinks we're good, since we don't interrupt or misbehave. Her 6th period is her least favorite. xD

@megami: well, unless his other teachers aren't giving him appraisal for his As... or else i think he would get appraisals in general...
i usually approve of people when they do good... and even the F student if they did their work that day... XD
but it's "asking for it" when the student asks for approval after misbehaving all the time in my class... >.>

actually the "quiet" class isn't necessarily my favorite class...
currently my fave is my fourth cuz they're not quiet... but they're good... since their "noise" is working with each other and helping each other out. <3

Well I dunno lol....I was a goof but I never intentionally misbehaved. Also, just because you do well in a class.....B's....doesn't mean that a teacher will say something to you. I usually only got negative comments and when I did good, no one ever said anything. Usually my teachers were too busy I guess and only took the time to say something if it was bad.

I think my ADD helps on mene.....when I'm managing posting in like 10 threads. :lol:

@megami: i try to... but i'm sure i don't really get to every student... kinda impossible when i see 140 a day... but my fave students don't necessarily get an A and my worse students aren't always the Fs... XD
tho the Fs usually aren't my best students either... ^^;
actually my FAVE FAVE student who has my number and can call me whenever she wants to got a B in my class... ^^;
we chilled at fanime... lol... XD

• Near the end of the year, she did herself a little speech to only our class, saying how much she loves this class, she was even crying. Like I'm not exaggerating anything to make it sound like a good story or something, serious. xD
