A fursona is the anthro/furry that you use to represent yourself. Basically it's like a personal OC character that you always use. they are common on Deviantart among the anthro artists.

I've always been obsessed with anubis, so it seemed only natural after awhile i adopt him (or a design of him by me) as a character for me to use.
plus i was inspired by the ref sheet for a fursona, it was so awesome....
anyway it inspired me to make my own and poof, out comes that thing i posted.
